Get ready for missing items constantly

Get ready for missing items constantly. Stole my packages all 10 of them, they reached out around when I was trying to consolidate and said I cant consolidate until I pay for Fedex 'customs fees' package that was from back in April, I always pay and have shiped out over 10 packages, which I said I did pay, they told me to check with Fedex and when I reach out to Fedex it said it was already paid, then next time I logged in all my packages where gone and theys aid because its past the disposal time, which I had reached out to about it from the get go. I DO NOT recommend, it does not matter is you have shipped out a 100 packages or 1 package, they will steal from you (what they call dispose) OF YOUR STUFF, if they like something, it will go 'missing,' also lots of my items higher end and fragrances stolen, they often say they cant ship it or 'missing' items arent covered, I gave benefit of the doubt, but they told over $5,000 items from me over $30 which again does not say in their terms that they can steal your items. I got my own forwarding box now cheaper, safer and my items are not 'missing' 'disposed of' 'held up by hidden fees' or take months to consolidate.

I’m very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, and I completely understand how disappointing it is to lose items you were expecting to receive.

I’ve reviewed your account and can see that your packages arrived between October 29, 2025 and January 6, 2026. Because they were not consolidated or shipped within our storage timeframes, they were ultimately disposed of in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. For clarity, each package includes 45 days of free storage. After that, additional storage is available for up to 60 days at a daily rate. Once that 60 day period ends, any remaining items may be disposed of.

I do want to emphasize that these items were not taken or removed improperly—they were handled in line with the storage policy. That said, we truly regret that this outcome wasn’t avoided, and we understand how upsetting it is.

Regarding the $30 duty fee on your account, this relates to import charges from a prior shipment. We reached out in January and offered to dispute the charges with FedEx with proof of payment, but didn’t receive a response. We’re still happy to assist in disputing these charges on your behalf—if you can reply to our support team with a bit more information, we’ll take it from there.

We’re genuinely sorry this happened and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience

I honestly don’t know how I lived…

I honestly don’t know how I lived without Stackry. The platform is really easy to use, and the rates and value-added services are great.

The best part for me though is the support. Amanda was amazing. I emailed her about a package that showed as delivered but wasn’t in my locker. After a couple of days she figured out it had a different AWB to the original one, and it was quickly added to my locker. Really appreciated the effort she put in.

They also give you a lot of free storage time, which makes it easy to send multiple items to your locker and then consolidate them. This is where the service really stands out. The consolidation is simple, cost-effective, and honestly unmatched.

Would definitely recommend.

The Stackry end of things was flawless, but DHL . . .

The Stackry end of things was flawless, but the experience with DHL was hell. Stackry should stop recommending DHL. Their low price hides all the charges they stack on top once your package is in country. And if you don't pay, they add on daily storage charges after three days, even though their web site says 30 days. So I paid more than double the original shipping quote. Then the next day DHL sent me another email that the fees were unpaid, so now I'm freaking out trying to get ahold of someone there (nearly impossible) but finally I got a call from a nice person saying the message was just an automated email and to ignore it and my package would arrive the next day, Monday. Long story short, finally a delivery attempt was made on Thursday.

Also note that DHL messages might default to a previous address/email/phone #, despite the ones you may have provided Stackry, just a bit disconcerting, but I'll spare you the details on getting that resolved.
