Amazing!

Stop contemplating! Create your account with Stackry!

If you are contemplating using Stackry, contemplate no more. Do it! Create an account with them. Stackry is by far the superior shipping forwarding company compared to some of the other "top players" in the game. I unfortunately had the privilege of using other service providers before I stumbled upon Stackry. They were all terrible. Headache after headache, items being removed or withheld for no reason, shipping delays, etc. They all pale in comparison to Stackry. Stackry captures delivered parcels the same day, and they process consolidation and mail-out requests faster than I've ever experienced before. I've never waited longer than 24 hours for them to process a request. Their portal is user-friendly, there are no hidden costs, and their service is seamless. They're only slightly more expensive than other providers, but I'm willing to pay for the great service. Thank you, Stackry! You are 1000% the best in the business :)

A reliable shipping partner

I’ve used Stackry for past 6 months and shipped more than 20 packages to Singapore. They are super reliable, always ship on time and respond to emails and messages really quickly.

Reliable Service, but HAZMAT Bottlenecks Need Addressing

I gave a 3-star rating because while your overall service is reliable, the HAZMAT handling process is a major pain point. Charging a flat $15 fee for small items is steep, and the weeks of delay for classification/paperwork are frustrating. It would be much better if you had a clearer, faster way to pre-approve MSDS/SDS documents before the package arrives.

The shipping department will request a MSDS when the item being shipped is potentially a dangerous good and the manufacturer packaging or ingredient list on the product is not complete or visible. This document is required to determine if the item is a dangerous good and the proper way to package and ship it. Due to international shipping regulations, shipping companies are required to have the material safety data sheet on file for dangerous goods shipped in the event of damage or leakage in transit. You can definitely send the document into customer service in advance if you suspect it may be required. Regarding the price, due to international regulations, shipping Hazmat items requires Stackry to use a minimum box size of 10x9x5, and it limits the economy carriers offered. This is why it can be more pricy to ship hazmat. If you would like to discuss it further, please email us at support@stackry.com and you will be helped by the best customer service in the industry!
