I realised I put the wrong locker…

I realised I put the wrong locker number in my package so I contacted customer support in a panic, the staff (Nora) managed to find it for me. I’m so relieved!

Nora was really rude and unhelpful when…

Nora was really rude and unhelpful when I had a query about my consolidation. The first time it was packed wrong which meant the weight was higher than all the original packages and when I requested a repack I then got some charges I wasn’t sure about. I messaged support who are usually great, but Nora was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. She wouldn’t explain anything to me and I felt her approach was very rude. This is a shame as others I’ve dealt with have been fabulous in previous incidents, but if I have to deal with customer service as poor as that given by Nora I will need to look for a new shipping provider.
