I had a terrible experience with StackSocial. I purchased an item four days ago that still hasn't been activated, and despite reaching out, the seller has been completely silent. To make matters worse, other items I bought were misleading, essentially selling "empty boxes" and platforms that simply do not function. There is no common sense or customer protection here.

I purchased Microsoft Home and Business 2024 and had a difficult time uninstalling the 2021 version and replacing it with the 2024 version. When I contacted Stack Social for help, I received responses within an hour! WOW! Representatives Sharon and Stella were very polite, kind, courteous and professional assisting me on several occasions. As a result, MS Home Office and Business 2024 is now running perfectly. Great offers if you are prepared to be SPAMMED after purchase
They offer some great deals on software and I purchased a great deal. This was subsequently spoiled over the next 2 days as they spammed me with 'offer' emails. I am normally very careful to not subscribe to emails so I am not sure how I missed it! Anyway, I tried to unsubscribe on my phone but each time I attempted to select the radial button to unsubscribe, the page moved to the right and the request was lost. I have now managed to complete this using the web based account. However, any organisation that SPAMS their customers immediately after they have made their first purchase isn't going to get any more business from me. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
