Compiled Experience

Update:
March 13;
While I appreciate the refund being processed, I was disappointed that it required a public comment to reach this resolution. I would have preferred to see the issue handled proactively as a standard part of your customer service process.

March 12th;
I had a terrible experience with StackSocial. I purchased an item four days ago that still hasn't been activated, and despite reaching out, the seller has been completely silent. To make matters worse, other items I bought were misleading, essentially selling "empty boxes" and platforms that simply do not function. There is no common sense or customer protection here.

I had written a negative review due to my purchase refusing to load no matter what we tried, but I don’t see the review listed. Regardless, this company provided great customer service by honoring my request without hesitation for a refund. That’s good customer service.

A Life-Changing Discovery You Can’t Afford to Miss

Finding this site for the first time genuinely gave me chills — it’s one of those rare discoveries that makes you think, “How did I not know about this sooner?”
The selection is wide, and while some products may not be available or useful depending on your region, digital goods work universally, so there’s something here for almost everyone.
My top recommendation is AdGuard. The pricing is almost unbelievable — a lifetime deal for the whole family at a fraction of what you’d normally pay. This one is a no-brainer, and I’d tell anyone to grab it without hesitation.
Microsoft products are also available at attractive prices, though I’ve heard that some accounts can run into issues over time. That said, from my own personal experience with other vendors on this platform, third-party software has held up without any problems.
Honestly, I’m surprised more people don’t know about StackSocial. The deals are so absurdly good that I ended up buying far more than I planned — and now I check the site regularly, just waiting to see what drops next.
Highly recommended to anyone who loves great software at prices that shouldn’t exist.

StackSocial is great!

StackSocial had the best price on the Internet for the additional software I needed for my new iMac desktop computer. They were very helpful in troubleshooting the challenges I experienced with the installation. Super happy with this company and their customer support team!

The Vetting Gap

I recently tested five different tools from your site, and unfortunately, every one of them was either non-functional or significantly misrepresented in the listing. StackSocial’s rigid refund policy feels increasingly predatory, and it’s disappointing to see a platform that used to be a go-to for deals lose its reputation due to poor vetting.

I purchased Microsoft Home Office 2024

I purchased Microsoft Home and Business 2024 and had a difficult time uninstalling the 2021 version and replacing it with the 2024 version. When I contacted Stack Social for help, I received responses within an hour! WOW! Representatives Sharon and Stella were very polite, kind, courteous and professional assisting me on several occasions. As a result, MS Home Office and Business 2024 is now running perfectly. This is a great company with an outstanding professional staff.

I was skeptical at first because of the great prices. I read other reviews that said everything was legitimate and the licenses were good. I had an issue with "activation" so I contacted StackSocial. It took about 24 hrs. but they got back to me and gave me very specific steps to take. Everything worked!

Suppor team is great. Nice platform!

I had a problem when trying to use my serial number and activate my software. Diana, from the support team, was incredibly attentive and helpful, resolving my issue in record time. Great After-Sale Support

I hadn't got around to installing the software after purchasing a licence for MS Office Pro, so when finally I installed it on a new computer over a year later I had trouble validating it on line. When I contacted Stack Social Support they responded quickly and resolved the issue for me. I am very happy with their after-sale customer support.

Great offers if you are prepared to be SPAMMED after purchase

They offer some great deals on software and I purchased a great deal. This was subsequently spoiled over the next 2 days as they spammed me with 'offer' emails. I am normally very careful to not subscribe to emails so I am not sure how I missed it! Anyway, I tried to unsubscribe on my phone but each time I attempted to select the radial button to unsubscribe, the page moved to the right and the request was lost. I have now managed to complete this using the web based account. However, any organisation that SPAMS their customers immediately after they have made their first purchase isn't going to get any more business from me. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
