Lies, lies and more lies.

Lies. Nothing but lies.

I spent an arm and a leg for “forever socks”. I’ve probably purchased 100 pairs of socks. They sold out to the highest bidder and now I’m left with a pile of worn-through garbage.

Go to Hell Stance.

Congratulations of stealing my trust and money.

DO NOT buy into their lies.

I even tried calling the new owners to be left with an unreturned call.

Again. A lie. Nothing more or less. Ask me how I really feel.

I bought four pairs of Stance pants…

I bought four pairs of Stance pants specifically because they were marketed as true black, and after being carefully washed exactly according to your care instructions, every pair faded to a dull gray far sooner than any premium product should. That kind of color loss is not normal wear—it points to a failure in product quality, especially at your price point. What is even more disappointing than the defective performance is Stance’s refusal to stand behind its own merchandise. A brand built on style and credibility should take responsibility when its products fail to deliver on basic promises, and in this case, both the pants and your customer service fell short. Wishing you were a better company. Stick with socks.

Worst socks ever

Worst socks ever! At almost $30 a pair, you would think they would be great quality. Quite the opposite. Not quite six months old and already have holes. I contacted Stance and was told they have a 90 day guarantee, and wouldn't refund or replace. As well, I have 5 other pair with issues in the same place, confirming this is a manufacturing defect. These guys are criminals.

Infiknit warranty is a SCAM...

Lifetime warranty is nonexistent on their Infiknit socks.

I have three pair of these socks that required Warranty only to find out that they had stopped the warranty in January 2025.
To make matters worse they gave me an exception with a coupon code only to find out that it covered the original purchase price on the receipt I sent them.
The socks were originally 40% off at MEC when I purchased them, so they gave me a $17.05 credit for each pair for an item that today would cost $31 to replace on their website.
On top of that they wanted me to pay the shipping.
According to the checkout calculator on their website, I have saved $51.15, but it is still going to cost me $57.59 to replace the three pair of socks that should've been covered under warranty. To put a final nail in the casket if I buy the replacement socks, they do not come with a lifetime warranty..
I am definitely going to be buying darn tough socks from now on, forever and ever...
This is the most miserable company that I've had to deal with in a very long time, there is only an answering machine for their customer support an email support takes forever to get a generic reply.
Whatever you do, please do not buy from this company as when I did further research it appears that they have been bought out by a huge conglomerate and any sock manufacturing will be farmed out to the cheapest supplier.

They are no more durable than a pack of…

They are no more durable than a pack of Hanes socks but they are roughly $12 more per pair. Stance socks average $13.90 per pair whereas Hanes socks average $1.87 per pair. Stance socks claims that they have a warranty for the lifetime of the socks if purchased before April 2025 but what they don’t tell you is that that only pertains to socks that are purchased directly through stance and not through any third-party reseller like Amazon. These socks are extremely overpriced for what you actually receive and after they rip they tell you they don’t warranty anything that isn’t purchased directly from them.

Hard pass

The price is ridiculous for the terrible quality and you can forget customer service. Save your money and buy Paul Smith’s instead.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SOCKS

I loved the look and feel of the socks to such a degree, I spent the better part of 120 dollars or so on what I thought were quality socks. Their quality stinks. I have enough pairs that are rotated out so I might wear one pair about every 7-8 days or so. After 2.5-3 months or so, nearly every pair has a hole in at least one of the heels. That breaks down to about 10-12 times wearing a pair before they begin to break down. Cheap socks I have purchased from Walmart have lasted longer than these, and they were a fraction of the price. Highly disappointed in this brand, and I highly advise against spending money on them because the quality is LOUSY.

joke of a company

Paid a lot of money for their warrantied socks then first time I try to make a claim, with photos and receipts even, they say they don't honour that warranty anymore and won't respond to my emails. Don't waste your money

ask him what it's made of ???

I prefer to wear mostly cotton socks so when I went into the Stance store recently I was discouraged because they had covered up the material descriptions with their price tags. I thought was pretty stupid and I suggested to the person they put their price tags in a great big open area right above it so that people could read the material descriptions. You won't believe what the guy told me… He said they were instructed to put the price tags over the material because they wanted customers to ask the store employee what the socks were made of… Yeah I don't know if this guy was just pulling my chain or whether he was serious but he kept on talking about it. Three minutes later I was in a different part of the store and sure enough the label covered the description so I said asked what are these socks made of? "Oh well let's see I think they're like 15% of this and 30% of that" etc. I uncovered the contents and it was 76% cotton. So in other words the guy did know jack shit about his own product. I don't know why stores do stupid stuff like this. Do they really sit there in some dark room and come up with stupid ideas like this to screw up their customers???

I ordered pairs from them back on Black…

I ordered pairs from them back on Black Friday. I have not received the socks, yet they took my money. They sent the socks to the wrong address and told me to place a claim with Purolator. I told them it was their responsibility to make sure the items were sent to the correct place, they haven’t responded to my last 4 emails, I requested a refund or them to send another package. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with them. Canadian Customer service was awful, they stole money from me

Purchase charged and not shipped

I placed an order 15 days ago and not only it hasn’t been shipped yet, it seems it hasn’t even been processed, but have been charged for it and there is 0 movement their end.
Not only the service overall sucks, the customer service is impossible to reach via phone, instagram or email.
I like Stance products and don't have a bad experience with their quality but don't recommend their online shopping at all.

The socks looks great and are…

The socks looks great and are comfortable, however after buying 2 pairs on separate occasions the base of socks disintegrated in less than a year leaving large holes in heel and pad of foot. Both pairs were worn lightly just around house during routine activities, no moderate or excessive wear. For $25 a pair you are basically buying disposable socks. I contacted customer service for both socks that fell apart and they were willing to do nothing to back their product. Unfortunately Walmart socks have superior durability in comparison to stance! Don’t waste your money!

Don’t choose stance!

Wore holes in socks that were 30 bucks in less than a month by only wearing them to my non walking desk job. Customer service was beyond unhelpful steer clear and don’t buy stance! There’s better quality and better prices with better companies. What a joke!

I bought this socks from the skateshop

I bought these socks from the skate shop. They're really nice-looking and also very soft. :) I tried cycling in them, then skating, and in my work boots, they feel as soft as silk. I needed something like durable yet comfortable socks. It's a pleasure to wear them—highly recommend!

Brilliant product, rubbish customer service

10/10 for the socks - they really are brilliant. Expensive but high quality - super comfy, feel durable and built to last, with some great colours and designs.

However, the customer service is awful so 2/10. I sent an email to them on 17 Nov regarding a mistake I'd made with my order. It's now 3 December and still no answer. Their competitors at Feetures and Rockay are, in my opinion shining examples of outstanding customer service. By the way, I don't make a habit of mucking my orders up just to test the customer services department.

I've been a Stance customer for c.3 years now and proud of the c. 25 pairs of their socks I have in my collection. They really are that good. The thing is this latest experience has left me feeling 'let down'

In saying all this their returns process was quick and easy, so not all bad.

Come on Stance back up your brilliant product with good customer service - an acknowledgement at least would have been nice.

Great socks, great designs, unparalleled comfort

I have lots of pairs of Stance socks - started with a collection of Harley Davidson socks and then have just added to the collection over the years. I never buy direct from Stance having read the bad reviews but the fact remains that their socks are brilliant. Their customer service might be abysmal but that won't stop me buying their products from other sources. Love the designs, the fit and the comfort.

When I saw all the negative comments I was line, ‘Uh oh . . .’ I had a delivery issue (turned out to be on our side). Stance Customer Service was super helpful and went above and beyond to try to help - thank you!
