From 'cold calling' at the Norwich depot to make an enquiry, and being given a contact telephone number. Through the sales team who handled the order. And finally the installation engineer, the whole process was seamless and without fault. Great job

It was always going to be Stannah
I have now had my Stannah stairlift for a few months and could not manage without it, with a sick person to look after it is up and down the stairs all the time so I highly recommend Stannah to anyone on the same circumstances as me. By all means look at other makes, but for me it was always going to be Stannah, they outshone all the other. Installation and service was first class.

The remotes will not work now they did before it was serviced last Week I have phoned Stannah and if they send an engineer l have to pay for a call out.
