Avoid this company not professional enough
I live in a 3rd floor council building for over 60+ and we unfortunately this company is providing maintenance of the lift, is 3 weeks now out of order, is not even providing an ETA for the arrival of the part
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY NOT PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH

The experience over all was good.
The only thing that wasn't good was they couldn't give me a exact time for the installation only half an hour.

I called Stannah because my stairlift…
I called Stannah because my stairlift was making an unusual noise. They arranged for an emergency appointment and the engineer visited and on checking my file observed I was due for a service. Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon he both dealt with the problem and serviced my stairlift. Great service and an attitude of going that extra mile.
I unhesitatingly recommend Stannah for the quality of their product and first class after care customer service.
