Its been over a month since I had my…

Its been over a month since I had my vision exam and ordered contacts and I still don't have them. I was given traials that worked great, but the person helping me ordered another brand and they did not work for me. So then they ordered the other brand a week later, and no one noticed the order was stuck??No one understood what was going on, I was told the manager would call me back. That didn't happen. So I called again, and I was told someone ordered them again on Thursday. I was told they would get to the store Monday, and I would get a text to come pick them up. It's Friday, and I still don't have them. So I called again, but the Asheville store was too busy to answer the phone. I was told someone would get back to me with in 24hrs and let me know what is going on. I wouldn't bet on it. I was hopeful when I decided to go to Stanton because they seemed to have good reviews online. This could be a one-off, but I do not think I will be back

Incompetent from start to finish

The guy that helps you pick frames did not help at all, had to keep interrupting him with other people to ask questions. There were multiple repetitive issues with shipping, I got misinformation repeatedly from the call center.
Ultimately the 2 pair of glasses they sent me were not correct, not even close, I could not see out of them AT ALL. More concerning, the view thru each of them was not the same. So someone in the process is completely incompetent. I will be getting a refund as I have to start all over now a month later.

The people at the store were great but…

The people at the store were great but I called the number to schedule and to ask about my insurance and was told they do except my insurance and that if I stayed under a certain amount my glasses would be free. Only to find out when at the store they do not except my insurance and it cost me 125.00. Had I been given correct information i would have found another place that did except my insurance. This day and time most people live on a budget amd this hurt that budget greatly all because I was given false information.

Video eye exam

The video eye exam was awkward and I think it resulted in the wrong prescription for my contacts. The examiner had a strong accent and we struggled to communicate. I have never had the same prescription in each eye, but thats what she arrived at. The in store staff was great, but I will get my exam elsewhere

Regular glasses were done same day and…

Regular glasses were done same day and great. The frustration was ordering the special sports googles. I was told they would be done and delivered in a week. We received them 4 weeks later.

Took awhile. cost kinda high .wasn't happy with frames I ended up with at all

Wasn't happy with frames selection what I ended up with in an emergency.how long they going to get when I was told a certain day after purchase was made .not too happy with the overall price either for what I ended up with after insurance. Only was allowed one pair with my insurance always hear about two pair deals also the guy didn't offer me scratch protection coating didn't know that was a thing till afterwards. I needed that. I couldn't see too well that day walking around store by myself looking for frames didn't realize I ended up with a pair that doesn't have a full frame around lenses not happy with that style either . It is what it is.. I'm stuck with them now and their not comfortable for me like last ones thought these had a different style nose piece than they do I literally couldn't see what I was picking out at time my glasses were broke wasn't offered help just told go pick out a pair didn't even know where to start really . I got email asking for review. well there it is.

Company is doing very well. The glasses ,and lens,are very well made. I can see. The eye exam was prompt,and professional. Thank you Stanton. Some of the people there ,could be better attitude, but overall, thumbs up A+. Overall ,the staff was great

Things at the store were good until my…

Things at the store were good until my glasses arrived. They were to be shipped to my home.
Received an email that they had arrived. I was told to ignore the email, because the store would mail them to my house.
A few days went by. No glasses. I called the store. I was told they were sitting somewhere in the store and the glasses were ready to ship. Someone just needed to hand it to the UPS driver.
So I waited a few more days and they did arrive. Not sure why they were in the outbox so long.
My glasses are large, widthwise. Someone attempted to put them in a regular case. Not sure which one of the Three Stooges did that, but there was no point in doing it. My glasses were floating around in the shipping box and could have been damaged.
Glasses are good and I can see much better. Thank you for that.
Now work on logistics.
