The first time I came in
The first time I came in, I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with progressive lens. When I picked them up, I could not read the fine print. I was told to give my eyes time to adjust. Unfortunately I could still not read fine print. So I made another appointment to hopefully resolve the issue at hand. As I was checking out, the new exam said they were off by 2 . So, I am waiting for the new pairs to come in. Hopefully I can read the fine print this time. I guess time will tell. They were very nice about the situation .

The staff was very professional as well as personable, my glasses frames were fantastic, many great frames to choose from! Got an appointment beyond fast, and two pairs of glasses AND the exam for $135 was really a great price. Love my new glasses.

Incorrect lenses twice
Incorrect lenses twice. I called each time and left messages or was told someone would call me. No one ever did. Took over 8 calls and 6 visits to the store over the course of 5 weeks. I finally ate the exam price and just got reimbursed for the faulty glasses. No one ever apologized or seem to care.

Damien is awesome!! He's so helpful and patient. He is the reason I keep going back to Stanton — year after year. And, I had my replacement lenses back over night!! Plus, I love getting a free eye exam with my purchase. It's a win-win!!

I am a fairly new customer to Stanton
I am a fairly new customer to Stanton, and it is definitely been a learning curve, understanding how they do things, as opposed to my eye doctor, I had in Florida before moving here.
Damien has been incredibly patient and understanding my confusion, and has worked with me as I’ve navigated through a few trial pairs of contacts to find the best prescription.
I appreciate his professionalism, but also his kindness in working with me.
