Wrong eyes.
The staff was great, especially the lady at the eye exam (Alanna) maybe. Ordering was easy, pick up was fast. 3 days on getting my contacts made. The problem was that they mis labeled my contacts. I've been wearing them in the wrong eyes for 2 weeks. I've never used contacts before and just thought i needed to get used to them. Nope. Checked my prescription, the boxes match, they just labeled them wrong. Thanks for headaches and foggy vision for 2 weeks.

I had a great experience at Stanton…
I had a great experience at Stanton Optical from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and went back for my eye exam. The woman who performed the exam was very friendly and made the process feel comfortable and easy. There was a small issue during the exam with the left lens, but the tech quickly reset it, and everything was finished in no time.
After my exam, Jade helped me pick out two pairs of glasses, and she was amazing. I can be picky, but she was patient, helpful, and honest about which frames looked best on me and which ones didn’t. I really appreciated her honest feedback and the time she spent helping me find the right pairs.
When my glasses came in, I returned for a fitting and Mr. Baker was also helpful and friendly. He took his time making sure everything fit properly and comfortably.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience and the best I’ve had shopping for glasses. I’m very thankful for the great customer service.
