Very Disappointed

There was nothing about my whole experience that made me feel like any of the employees were interested in helping me personally. From the eye exam( virtual) to picking out frames, and deciding on options for the lenses, it all felt very impersonal and just another customer to deal with. No help at all once I received my glasses, just handed to me, and said thanks for your business. Very disappointing experience. I’ll find another provider next time I need glasses.

No Exam, Felt rushed entire time and rude Staff

Went in there with my girlfriend and we were gonna do the 2 glasses for 79 plus a free exam. The guy at the desk said we both didn’t need an exam, even though I hadn’t had one in 2 years and she hadn’t had one in a year. So he had us get the same prescriptions, we felt rushed out of there, and staff was rude except for a blonde lady which was very nice. Feel like I wasted the money for our glasses at this point, we both wanted another exam.

I had an issue with my eyeglass frame

I had an issue with my eyeglass frame. The frame was replaced and the same issue recurred with the 2nd frame. The tech reassured me that it would be made right and it was. The staff was friendly and intent on ensuring I was satisfied with glasses that would work for me. I could not ask for better service.

I did not like having to take the exam…

I did not like having to take the exam twice. I was there for 2 hours and the woman who administered the exam could have been more pleasant. The examiners were forcing me to try to read lines that I really could not read. That perhaps contributed to my exam not correcting me to 20/20

well the people were nice

well the people were nice, and polite, but i came in to get new glasses because i broke old ones… the ones i wanted couldn’t be made…. so i had to pocket alternate frames. they are uncomfortable— my lenses give me a headache….
i feel like the virtual exam is inaccurate. so now i cant wear the pair that has not fallen apart.

I spent $80 on two pairs of glasses

I spent $80 on two pairs of glasses, but I could have purchased them at Walmart for $10.

I was disappointed with the virtual…

I was disappointed with the virtual optometrist process. The staff on site was great, but I had chosen Stanton because the other place actually let me know and appointment would be virtual. I didn't want that. The glasses came in seeming okay at first, but I need some adjustments. We will see how well this goes.

When I picked up my glasses I was asked…

When I picked up my glasses I was asked to try them on. And she asked how they felt I said they were to tight she did a flex and asked how they felt. Still tight but she was more worried about someone else than me. I've never been somewhere that they didn't make sure they fit and feel comfortable. I'm not coming back. And with what I paid for them. I'll go somewhere else and make sure they do it right . I guess you get what you pay for. Now I'm dealing with wearing glasses all day that give me a headache because they are too tight. I was going to send my daughter there but now hell no.
