Chester was professional during our complete transaction! He was ready to start as soon as I arrived (a few minutes after my appointment) and ready to perform the first part of my exam. The actual vision exam was performed through the wonders of the internet and so far the prescription has been perfect!
There were a few glasses I liked but didn't like the color. He searched the inventory and in 3 or 4 found the different colors for me. I even chose 1 of them in the new color. They delivered a perfect pair of glasses for distance vision within just a few hours, my other glasses with tint and trifocal(?) Vision arrived several days earlier than expected. I am pleased with my experience and will recommend Chester and Highpoint Stanton Optical readily.... It was well worth my time!
Addendum, there was a glitch with this site and it did not give me access to the five categories....I give 5 stars all around@

Everyone was nice and helpful. The lady who did my exam was very helpful and helped me learn to use my new progressive lenses. I am still having some issues but I am a really bad patient when it comes to eye exams. So not their fault there

Chester was very helpful, assisting us in finding frames and lenses to best meet what we needed, and making sure we were happy. No hard selling. Good follow up to make sure we were still satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience. I got my glasses the same day and they fit and are nice. Also I did the $79 plan. It came out to be that but the only thing is that my Mom also got the test done but had to pay more because of what type of test she had to do but it was the same test I did. So just a little confused but other than that really glad I went.
