Horrible experience with childlike behavior from staff, prices not worth your time, Mostly overpriced and lies-won't assist your needs to improve vission or other inquiries. They all lack knowledge in their area. Better looking elsewhere!! Good luck!

Fast, friendly, clean, and affordable... but with grade-A customer service. I don't have insurance, and they still got my vision back within my budget.

My frames were cracked when I received them. But they caught it and are going to replace them asap

I was there yesterdaY to pick up my contacts and the girl at the front told me there was 2 people ahead of me. The 2 people ahead of me were there to purchase glasses or contacts and had already been there before me. She could have just given me my contacts and I would be on my way instead of making me wait until she was done. Thankfully the girl in the back doing the eye exams came out and helped me, if not I would have waited forever.

Had an appt and still had to wait a long time. Never got to see a doctor. I have insurance which they accepted and they still tried to charge me full price, until I asked them why it was so much when I had insurance, to which they gave me a new price which was significantly lower than what I was quoted to begin with. The assistant said I had dry eyes and the dr would talk to me about it and not once did I even speak to him. Won’t be back here again.

I forgot her name, but she’s a Manager of the location I always go too on Sunland Park. She really worked with me on my new pairs of what I needed (one pair of my prescription and the pair transition glasses, she gave me an awesome deal I couldn’t walk away from this past Friday. Forgive me for forgetting her name.

Took months to get my contacts. I’d call and call center said they would give the office the message. Either they never got it, or never called me back. I had to show up in person. Then they said if I ordered the phone, they wouldn’t have taken insurance which sounds like nonsense. The visit was weird- when I had questions they said I’d have to make a different appointment to actually speak to a doctor - more nonsense. There was one person who was helpful.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had from start to finish. I have contacted the “supervisor department” have yet to hear back from anyone.

I had an incorrect eye exam, so my glasses prescription was wrong. Luckily, they recognized the error and gave me another exam, and everything was fine. I just had to wait a long time to get the correct glasses.
