She is the best 110 % manager there. I was treated kindly when I picked up my glasses . She made us feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend family and friends to Stanton optical on Sunland Park. Thank you ms.griselda the manager.

I had an incorrect eye exam, so my glasses prescription was wrong. Luckily, they recognized the error and gave me another exam, and everything was fine. I just had to wait a long time to get the correct glasses.

I came in expecting for my eye exam to be covered, and I ended up paying out of pocket cost. This was an inconvenience, as I was expecting this to be covered by my insurance, which I was told by one of the employees could in fact be used,

I reviewed this location 1 star before and I’m reviewing it 1 star again, the first time I gave a bad review because of customer service and Cynthia must have gotten a talking to because this time when I went in she made sure to let me know that the manager was supposed to call me from the first review, and that talking to went over her head she was rude as ever, so rude I returned my $1,000 worth of glasses and I will never step foot in another Stanton Optical again, besides that Stanton couldn’t get my order right

It's been years I've been here again.This time was also terrible, really bad attitude,let you waiting for more than 2 hours, don't communicate with customers, always with their bad faces, etc....i can keep on going.

When I walked in it took a while for some to ask me why I was there. Then I was told the computers were down. After my eye exam was told that the machines for making glasses were down waited 2 weeks for my glasses. When I picked them up and tried them on I told lady they bothered my eyes. She said give it a week. I couldn't take it so I don't use them. I went to another place to get a new prescription.

The eye exam was done smoothly and the customer service is great!

The staff as always being attentive and accommodating. We went in to pick up an order, they were busy but pulled an extra person to help the patrons picking up orders. Good customer service isnt common and is always a pleasant surprise.

Very poor service

I came in because of advertised special of BOGO & Free Eye Exam and because the website stated that it took my insurance. First, I was told they did not take my insurance, which I questioned because it was listed on the website. After hesitation, the lady went to go talk to someone else and came back to say, yes, they will use my insurance. Next, I was guided to the frames to "choose" my preferences. No guidance saying that "these cost more, these are the ones for the BOGO offer..." Just told to pick the ones that I liked, so I did. After the person entering the glasses and prescription information into the computer, she told me the price, which was for the cost of eye exam, both frames and the lenses. I asked about the BOGO & Free Eye Exam deal and was told that is only for people without insurance! Excuse me? What? I really needed replacement glasses, so I opted for the least expensive of the frames, and with my insurance, still paid over $500! Ouch! For a person on a budget, this hurt. It was like a bait and switch - not cool. Fast forward to my frames being ready for pick-up. I was handed my glasses, I assumed they would have been fitted properly, but they were not. Will I go back to Stanton? No. Would I recommend Stanton? No. Not impressed and my glasses keep sliding down my nose...

had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to guide me through every step of the process, making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my choices.

experience was not positive, the sale we received was mediocre at best but then became worse when the products bought were useless. I gave benefit of the doubt so i returned to correct the issue, had to pay extra if I wanted to use my glasses, how about a refund, there was no previous purchase explanation that the product was not going to be used. but that's the explanation that I am getting.

Eye exam was a waste of time. No Doctor on-site. Electronic eye examination wasn't accurate with my prescription. I had to go to another doctor and spend $80.00 to get a proper examination.

Got one pair of glasses after two weeks. Then, after ordering my new prescription three times, I finally got my second pair after almost 4 week later. Ishould have gone to Eyemart instead.

Everyone was friendly and helped answer questions I had. The only thing is the waiting times are ridiculous.

The wait was very short. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Exam was quick and thorough. Ordered glasses and about a week later they arrived. Quick and easy.

for the second time my glasses were not ready

I liked the help I received and the quality of their lenses. They could improve their prices and offer a wider selection of frame frames.
