Terrible customer service
The doctor's office side was just terrible. The staff was NOT pleasant at all. They were complaining to the customers that they were over scheduled as if we controll that. I've been a customers for years but I will not be coming back!!!

Its takes to long for glasses to get back,they dont have same day service,I been waiting 3 weeks for my eye glasses and evertime i call them they change the arrival date they pretend to offer deals but its bs,,,stay away from them,they dont have a doctor on sight the secretary do the eye exam and send the info to doctor online somewhere..STATON OPTICAL IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

All in, the experience was pretty smooth. Quick eye exam, people were nice and attentive. Only thing that we a little disappointing was the limited high-end frames. But for affordable glasses and a good experience, I would recommend Stanton to family and friends.

The optical staff on the doctors office side attitudes are just terrible especially the doctor. The staff complaining about how overbooked they were and it just was a terrible experience all together. The doctor never spoke and just had a terrible attitude.
