This is a great place!
I have just returned from Stanton Optical in Hickory NC. I am an out of tower from PA. Somehow my glasses could not be located at my son's and daughter in law's home. I was greeted by Lori, who took care of me. I got an eye exame and picked out frames. The glasses were made on the spot and I wore them out the door in a short time. Lori was such a wonderful and kind person to me. I would recommend her there at Hickory!

Everyone was super nice and helpful except for one lady who checked me in and got my insurance, it’s not that she wasn’t nice but she seemed irritated by me and I wasn’t sure why, maybe she was just having a bad day but overall, amazing experience, my glasses are beautiful and I can see perfect now! The eye exam should be done by an optometrist in person as the prescription is no better than last year’s. The frames also don’t fit well. Staff is helpful, kind, and professional.

Everything was great with the people that helped me. The problem was I had to wait on a week to get glasses. Not same day ! Said machine was down. Had to get them from another store. I tell everyone about Stanton glasses and service. I would have went to another place to get glasses if I know. I was gonna have to wait. That has always been a selling point for me and others.
