Extremely expensive, bogo offer is a ripoff, second pair of glasses were not made correctly and doctor's examination was not very thorough.

My husband and I are new to the area
My husband and I are new to the area. First time customers. They broke his glasses while making them - which “okay. Things happen” but then they don’t let us know ANYTHING. We’re going on a month since the eye appt and I’ve called 3 times checking status. If they even acted like they cared it would be different. All they can say is they have “no way to contact the lab”. Really? Come on. They’re still saying 5-7 more days. We spent almost $700 on new glasses. Will never go back.

I had a really good experience and was able to get my glasses really quick. I do think there’s some false advertising on the website because it says that the eye exam is free and that you got bogo glasses but it doesn’t really work like that even with insurance so that part was a little confusing but other than that it was a really good experience

Exam felt very rushed
Exam felt very rushed. I don't think it was accurate because the glasses I got were not right. When I went to pick them up the lady was not helpful. My first time getting progressive's and she acted like she didn't want to help me. I had to bring them back in to get the progressive line fixed and another lady helped me and she was very nice. When I got them for the second time, I still can't see out of them. I will not be returning. Not a good experience.
