Perfect customer service
Well I entered the store at basically 5pm. I don't remember who helped me by name, but she helped me and my wife by herself till closing time. We finished right on time. Not a single complaint!
We even got 3/4 of our glasses right away, only one had to be special order so that was awesome too. She answered all questions and handled any issues with confidence. We will definitely be back!

Not happy with my glasses!!
I can't read.... I paid over $500 and can not read!! Everything intensifies and blures out..... When I called they wanted to act like I've never had glasses before.... Asking questions about moving things closer of farther away..... I never had to do that with my other glasses.... I'm not a happy customer, but I don't really think it matters... I just won't go back or recommend!!!!

The people are nice but the glasses I got I don’t think the prescription is right getting headaches from them. I wondered when they had a front employee do the eye exam instead of the eye doctor. The eye doctor only signed off on my prescription didn’t check my eyes or anything. Probably gonna have to go elsewhere to have an eye exam and pay for it because they used my insurance and buy new glasses which was no 79.95 like over 300 for 1 pair

I'm a repeat customer
Doing business with Stanton at the Muncie location, has never let me down. America Best and all the other optical centers have nothing on Stanton. The lenses are high quality that hold up. I've purchased 2 pairs of glasses with Blue light prevention and just picked up a pair of glasses where I bought my frames from Amazon. My place for everything optical !!
