Well first off I was there for 4 hours

Well first off I was there for 4 hours. One of my prescriptions is wrong. It's very blurry. After reading up on everyone's reviews I'm kind of scared to go back in there but I will be doing so because I paid a lot of money.

Late delivery and the bifocal installed…

Late delivery and the bifocal installed on the top of the lenses not the bottoms. Now have to wait another 7 to 10 days. No quality check. Been coming here for years and seems that quality and customer service is degrading. May need to start going elsewhere. I travel an hour to this store and this is very inconvenient and costly to me. Also had issues last year thought that was a fluke.

My appointment was at 2:30 and I was…

My appointment was at 2:30 and I was done with my appointment at almost 5. I have insurance and my insurance covers 1 fee pair after glasses. Stanton charged me $550.00 for my glasses. Staff was rude!I will never go back.

Your customer service was on point a hundred percent. Ten out of ten, would recommend however, I gave it a three stars, due to whomever you use the ship and deliver y'all's prescription glasses do not stay within the designated time frame and y'all are darn lucky. I did not require same day glasses as advertised. Because y'all couldn't even stay within the fourteen day time frame that was given.

If you’re looking for speedy service, this is not the place.

I wasn’t prepared for my appointment to be at two when I scheduled it at one. I was there at one, but didn’t get pulled back to see the doctor until two. I guess the way the process is and then I heard many times from the lady. There are only three people staffed, which I don’t know why that was relevant because regardless of how many people are staffed you should still be able to run an efficient office. There was lots of attitude and acting as if I was a nuisance. There was one lady who cashed me out. She was very nice. Very helpful. I just feel like if you’re gonna run an office and regardless if your short staffed, I don’t think every word that comes out of your mouth when a question is answered should be we only have three people staffed today.

So if you’re looking for a quick In and out appointment, this is not the place to go.

From Start to Finish

Stanton Optical was so great from start to finish. We were visiting & had gone to purchase my son a few pair of glasses. His vision exam was up to date. So glasses were ordered & shipped to my home out of state, with-in a week my sons glasses arrived in the mail.
