moving house can be so stressful and beleve me we where. However it was made so much easier, They where with us every step of the way put us at ease even Phoned me to explain how things are progressing. Alex stayed late to make sure we had the keys how fabulous is that.

I had had the apartment up for sale for 7 months with David Davies Estate agents and did not have a single viewing!!
They were telling me to reduce the price another £20k
I engaged June from Stapleton Derby and she was very positive and could not believe I had not had a sale let alone a viewing.
I told her about the price decrease and she said that if she could not sell it at that price then she should not be an estate agent ( David Davies take note!!)
I had viewings from the first day it went up for sale with June and a cash buyer was found who paid more than I had expected given the potential price drop DD wanted me to do.

June was great from the first phone call. I was unsure whether we should view as the property was a bit over our budget. She encouraged to go and view and see what we thought. Good job we did we put an offer in straight away! June was great answering all of our questions.
Towards the end of the sale we got into a bit of unusual situation we our sellers. Alex was amazing! He stayed calmed, reassured us and guided us through the process as smoothly as he could. He was always on the end of an email and actually showed up in person when we needed him most.

Stapleton Derby Rainhill was our first experience of selling a property. The entire process was smooth and brilliantly handled. I cannot speak highly enough of Stephen Pennington at the St Helens branch. I was a buyer looking at a property which was quite sought after. Stephen contacted me directly and bent over backwards to fit me in with a viewing. Unfortunately, not all estate agents are as helpful to buyers and I have refused to make offers on houses / view where the agents have had terrible attitudes.
I received a follow up call from another member of staff following my viewing who was also absolutely lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to sellers because they are fantastic with buyers so you are more likely to sell!

The St Helens office recently handled the sale of my family home following my divorce. The house was sold within 4 months and the service provided by the whole team was excellent and extremely efficient. However, praise must go to Sue Bradley who went above and beyond to support me emotionally during the process and made a difficult time for me a little less stressful.
