I got this for my Uncle and Auntie for their early Christmas gift and they loved it. I named a star after their son that passed way and they cried a little. Im just glad they loved it.

Packing was very nice and neat and everything looked beautiful. I don't belive you own the star but the person it's for lost someone and it's a nice gift for them.

My parcel arrived in an appropriate time frame, however the condition of the folder could have been better, a small tear and wrinkled cardboard at the top of the folder was disappointing as it was a gift.

I bought this star for a friend who I know loves anything out of this world and she was close to tears as she put it. She had to take a moment and breathe before she even finished opening each part. Amazing. I would recommend it to anyone especially a loved one.

It's not as easy as I thought to see it in app. I like the idea of pointing your phone or better detailed on locating the star

My experience with the Star Naming customer support was excellent. When I bought my Star, I mistakenly ordered one that was not visible to my area. I reached out to their customer support team and without question they assigned me another star and even sent me a new certificate.

My package came in damaged and the stuff has rips in it.

Everything about this was great and went very quickly, except the repeated add-ons and attempts to push the purchase higher, and the fact that somehow it got sent to the wrong address. I bought it for my sister-in-law, who is in process of moving. I’m certain that I had the physical copysent to her new address, but she said it went to the old one. But overall, what a great idea to name a star for someone, especially one that’s guaranteed to be visible. .

I could not be more satisfied and grateful for this wonderful company. They are very astute with responding to any issues with prompt resolutions. I have to date purchased naming 5 stars and still have a few more to go. I will always use this company as a way to honor loved ones lost. Once again, thank you for the unwavering support and kindness that you have shown me throughout the process of naming stars for our 5 loved ones who were taken from us in the July 4th, 2025 Kerrville Texas floods. Which included our 6yo niece who is so precious to us. This way they will never be forgotten and always seen in the sky.
