Everyone is very professional and they provide terrific information on " how to" with hands on guidance. All the staff were helpful and continue to follow up.

The first two weeks were terrible and gave me migraines. Since then the tech has been tweaking them each visit. I've been wearing them now for ten weeks and they are still not set up correctly. I normally take one out mid-day out of frustration. This is my fifth pair of hearing aids (first with this brand) and I've never had this much of a problem. I'm pretty sure the culprit is the domes. Each visit a new style of dome is put on, which is working for one ear. So I just have to be patient a little longer.

Every one I've dealt with has been kind, knowledgeable, concerned for me and my hearing and professional.

I feel misled. I was given to understand that my insurance company recommended Starkey and that they paid for half of the hearing aids. Now I understand that they literally had nothing to do with it, and I don't even get to apply the hearing aid expense to my overall deductible. Cigna referred Starkey, and I don't know why... Why would they refer me if they literally don't pay for any of it, and it doesn't count to my deductible.
As for the devices themselves, I paid for the second device from the top, and it's...fine. Just fine. It's large, unwieldy, the volume increase stem broke the first week I had it, there's lots of feedback which I didn't have with my other hearing devices. So...not very happy. But I'm stuck with them. Good for Starkey, your marketing worked.

I got a pair of hearing aids from Starkey 's local provider in Fort Worth, having paid a small fortune for the rechargeable units. Just after a year of use one of them has a defective battery and no one wants to help me stating that the warranty is over, and that I have to pay another $300 for extended warranty. Are these units such a bad quality ones that they fail so soon ? I am on fixed income and this to happen to me is not helping my finances one bit. Will someone out there help me get this repaired please.

One or the other aid had to be sent back for repairs multiple times. Still has issues streaming music from phone - I’ve given up on sending them back.

Still can’t hear in restaurant and places that have a lot of background noise
Disappointed in the new hearing aids for the money I spent!

The person was more of a sales pitch than understanding the conditions of my hearing bc tenitis is the issue of clarity not the volume and these hearing aids only help me hear everything else but the clarity of words being spoken! I don’t need to hear surrounding things that are not important but I need to hear what someone is saying as priority

My experience is mixed. These are my first pair of hearing aids so I have nothing to compare them to. So far they have been OK. Some days I forget I have them in; some days they are definitely there. It has been 9 months, and some days still have problems with fit. My problems have been more with the dealer. He didn't really listen to my complaints that one of mine was not fitting for the first 5 months. It took someone else to look at it to get his attention. On the other hand the dealer was always available when I wanted to go in when I had problems (other than the fit),

Recently on a trip to Vermont to visit family, I left my Starkey hearing aid charger at home. Being profoundly hearing challenged, I panicked. Better Living in So. Burlington Vermont came to my rescue the following morning. They were able to provide me with the exact charger I needed to enjoy visiting with my family. Profoundly grateful.

The staff is friendly and courteous, the service was very good,my hearing aids are amazing,I can actually turn my tv down not have it on volume of 22

I stiĺl can't hear the TV no matter how loud it is. It's not the hearing that I have problems with. It's the understanding. It sounds like a foreign language to me. But I think that is just my hearing. So other than that I have no complaints.
