I’ve worn hearing aids for several years and have switched brands due to a reference from Mutual of Omaha. The service I received from your local representative was far superior to the large health provider that provided my original hearing aids. In the meantime technology advances was exciting and very helpful. My only criticism is that the battery malfunctioned in one hearing aid and had to be returned. That process took about 10 days, which I thought was a bit excessive.

Good experience overall.
It was a very good experience overall. Perhaps a little more info/detail on all the features of the Starkey hearing aids and how to make adjustments for better hearing aid performance would have raised this to a 5 star score. Also there are a couple of minor performance issues with the sound quality of these hearing aids, but not enough to bother with sending them back, at least not as of now.

I never had hearing aids and I knew I was in need, the test proved that, Heidi helped me with the selection of my aids, financing, setup, follow up with fit, fine tuning, how to care for them. Very happy with results, better than I expected on hearing again, a true quality of life improvement for me. Audibel Shakopee convenient location for me, great staff. Have no one to compare them to, but know that I will return to them as need arises, thanks for your care.

This my first experience so I have no way of comparing to any competing products. I can only say the only complaint I have so far is that there is no way to get the used batteries recycled. (I really hate having batteries end up in a landfill.)
