This is a lovely item
This is a lovely item, I bought it for my neighbours small little girls who have just lost their much loved grandad. It is really nice that they can go out on a clear night and say hallo to him, and has really helped them to understand that he has gone away. The communication was excellent and I would happily recommend this company.

Ok, not great
Package was easy to order & fast to be delivered & my SO was duly impressed. That said, this could really benefit from a set of instructions helping to find the star, or a full description of where it is. The RA & RD are included, but as the sky changes all the time, without the inclusion of time, they tell you nothing useful

Really great and went over and above with a request I made
I Named a Binary Star for my husband on our 5th wedding anniversary. I asked if the date of our anniversary could be included on the star certificate and this was done for us . I got a response straight away and was told that it was no problem at all . It arrived and was very well packed and I was delighted when I saw the certificate as it was really lovely and the date of 27 July was on it as I had asked . We have framed it and my friends have commented on it on visits !

As sent to you via Messenger, your Parcel entered the Hermes network 3 days ago and I have sent you the tracking information and step by step information as to where your parcel is. Hermes do not leave the parcel, so if you were not in they would attempt re-delivery until it was received or signed for. The tracking as of 08.03am today said it was back out again for delivery. I would hope that this is the case, and that this is then reflected in the inaccurate review above, thanks

I am appalled at the customer service for this company. I have been chasing my order since I had notification that my order was complete. It has yet to arrive. Nobody answers emails or messenger and phone goes to voicemail.

Sam, there is no need to be appalled as your Parcel is on route to you probably for delivery today. The Tracking Number is Hermes Parcel 2 Go P2G91178840. This is a Hermes delivery that was placed into the postal system 2 days ago. There is nothing that states we will turn around your star within 7 days. You ordered late on the 7th June, and your Parcel is with the courier and is showing as delivery today or tomorrow to you. We are not Amazon and we do our best to dispatch quickly, and Fathers day we have been busier than usual and each Star is unique and takes a few days to produce.

Hello ! Carol we are sorry that this has happened and just found your email in our junk folder again and had we seen it before then We would have responded . I have just asked our webdesign team who have been changing the website layout and content what on earth is going on as we had this problem in early April and I was assured that it was fixed and obviously it hasn’t been . The only reason I got this message is I as CEO get a flash when we get trustpilot feedback . I would never want this to have happened. Is it too late for us to dispatch the replacement certificate by next day delivery Or has the birthday now passed ? I can get the night team to produce this this evening if it isn’t too late . Would not use again
I placed an order on the 19/04/2021 to purchase an acre of Mars for my inlaws 50th Wedding Anniversary. I received an email from Parcel2Go informing me that the item was scheduled to be dropped off on the 22/04/2021 with an estimated delivery of the 27/04/2021. The 27th came and still no delivery so I emailed them but got not reply, so sent the same email again the next day and guess what? Still no reply!!!!! Tried calling a few times today and just keeps going to voicemail so left a message but am not holding my breath for a call back. The only time they seem to reply is when people are writing reviews on here so thought I would give it a go.
I will be contacting Paypal for a full refund.
Edit: Thank you for your reply, it's about time! Since I added my order number 1362 to every piece of correspondence I emailed you about, you should have been able to find it no matter what the name. It's not my fault that your filing/computer system is shoddy. It's funny how you have an excuse for every one, including the lady who put on a review not long before mine. If the item had of been dispatched thenit would have arrived as the address hasn't changed. I find that hard to believe though as the order has said processing from day one.
Stop making excuses and just be more professional. In regards to the refund I thank you but we would have requested it back from paypal if not anyway.

I am more than happy to issue you an instant refund now, or if you still have time for before the Anniversary, then I can dispatch this to you via next day courier and I will get my team onto this now. You can see from my response to the last 2 customers reviews that in the last 48 hours it has come to light after a change in IT platform that all our new orders are going into the Junk folder and we didn’t know they were there - this is never something we would have wanted . The processing status in itself demonstrated we haven’t had the order as the status changes to complete as we produce your item. Like the 2 other customers in the last 48 hours I will arrange a full refund . Plus we will also send you the item as well by next day courier - that way you haven’t paid anything and the item is being sent with our compliments in this matter . Further Update: After the issues highlighted below, I have now received a full refund and a free gift as good will gesture. Although it has taken a while to get fully sorted, I am pleased with the outcome and do consider this to be an unfortunate mistake due to IT issues. :)
Update: After an initial reply on trust pilot I was quick to receive a refund from Paypal HOWEVER I've now had another email to say the refund hasn't processed?!
Regarding the gift, I had an email to say the parcel will be dispatched soon so hopefully I'll receive this as its now a very late gift for someone!
Hopefully this is all resolved - if so I will happily amend the review :)

I placed my order on 1st April and received the confirmation email. 2 weeks later my gift still hasn't arrived. I contacted the company via email, Facebook messenger and phone (switched off/Tesco mobile answer phone) no reply. These are all contact methods found on the website so I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. Disappointed as this was a gift for someone. Hopefully Paypal can assist with a refund but who knows if I'll see that money again

It came to light late last night in a similar incident that where we had a message from another customer and found that for some unknown reason hers email had gone to our junk folder. This hasnt happened before from our own website, and we thought this was an isolated incident. We changed platforms for IT 2 weeks ago and it seems to be sending all our new orders to the junk folder. This is a system error that our web team is exploring and we apologise for not spotting this until the Trustpilot message alert today. We will of course refund you your purchase now and we would like as a gesture of apology like to do what we did with the other customers and send it free of charge by next day delivery. . No certificate and no communication
I placed an order on the 5th April - a gift as I’m sure most of these purchases are - and after I received the confirmation of order via e-mail, I have heard nothing since.
I have left a voicemail on the mobile phone number quoted on the site. I have emailed the “heretohelp” email twice, and have just tried emailing the address on the PayPal transaction email. I notice that Robert has responded to feedback on trustpilot before, and maybe there’s a chance I will get a response here. Very, very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend and just want my money back
UPDATE After a prompt response from Robert, promising a replacement and a refund, a week has gone by. No further communication from the company, no replacement and the refund promised was not processed through PayPal. Still trying to get hold of somebody.....

We never want any customer not to be happy, and upon checking I can see your parcel was dispatched on Wed 7th April via Hermes, and this should have been with you well before now. I have tried to track it and it says “in transit” as a status which cannot be correct. I can arrange for a brand new one to be dispatched by Next Day courier and share the tracking code with you whilst I attempt to track down this item, I will speak to Hermes directly.
To show you our commitment to our customers I will also refund your payment to you. That way you will have your money back and your order for free. We are really sorry that this has happened, and you may find the original parcel also turns up, in which case please let us know.
