If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a month ago and haven’t received anything. I had one reply to an email I sent saying they would re-send next day delivery but there has been nothing. I have since emailed several times and had no reply. I have had to call the bank today to reverse the charge on my account. Do not use.

Haven’t received item
I ordered from starnaming gifts in September and still haven’t received my item. I have tried contacting the company multiple times but have not received a response.
I bought this item as a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday so I’m rather upset that it hasn’t arrived and I have no way of contacting the company for a refund or any updates on my package.

The parcel tracking says “at local Depot” so I would imagine it is in your area and we have asked for an investigation as to why this never reached you in time. Nicola - I have just emailed you the tracking . It is with the courier already , we are based 8 miles away from you so please rest assured it will teach you . I will personally drive and hand deliver you a replacement if it didn’t get there within the next 48 hours . We did as we promised and got it straight into the courier system . I hope therefore you will fairly update this review as we did what we said we would and I’ve even sent you the confirmation email from the courier saying they have the parcel and it’s on its way . A complete scam
A complete scam. Ordered two premium moon packages, one at the end of October and one at the beginning of November as xmas gifts for my boys. Its now 5/6 weeks later and still nothing. No response from the seller and no way of getting my money back. DO NOT USE 100% SCAM!!!! I am now making it my mission to have this guy's website taken down. It should not be allowed to operate. I might even go to tge police as looking at other reviews, this looks like a criminal matter of theft/fraud.

Thank you for your order. We dispatched this to you on 11th November, and it wasn’t until your Trustpilot Review today and we saw your message that we reviewed our Junk Folder, and unfortunately found your previous email to us.
We sent your parcel Via Yodel, and you are now the third customer that has contacted us in the last 2 weeks where the parcel has not been received. When we look at the Yodel delivery site, it says it was delivered.
I have asked for Proof of delivery from them as I want to see who they claim has received the parcel.
We changed couriers to Evri Mid November as we were getting extreme delays from Yodel.
I can only assume that the parcel has been lost or something odd has gone on.
We are really sorry that this has happened, and rightly so we wouldn’t want you to wait for this to arrive.
I have therefore arranged for a new set of Gift Packages to be sent to you with Next Day Delivery - using Evri who are our new couriers and who have been delivering as expected.
I attach the tracking Label for you so that you can review the parcel on its way to you.
This will be placed into the EVRI network tomorrow and you should receive this Monday/Tuesday at the latest.
We never want customers to not receive their purchase and we are truly sorry that we didn’t see your earlier emails as we would have addressed them sooner.
I hope this is ok, and addressed your concerns

Still haven't received my item, spoke to them once then nothing. Please what ever you do don't buy from this person. I bought this via the range plus so be careful on the range website too. I will be taking this further!
Edit: Following on, my parcel was not delivered and I have asked you to open a claim with parcels 2 go to find out what has happened to my parcel. Look forward to hearing from you.

Chistina this is not correct. I have confirmation of your parcel being delivered on 25th November at 11.04am exactly . This is confirmed by the Parcel2go website and it was delivered by Yodel. I have sent you email copy of the tracking as proof. If you are still saying you have not received the item, I will go back to Yodel and ask them to investigate this in full. This review is not fair or accurate as the parcel is showing as being delivered.

Really?? I ordered 14/9/22 I rang you when you was waiting for a flight to Portugal. Nice to see you're spending OUR money wisely. I rang you this morning to be told it was the wrong number even though I recognised your voice. You texted to say that the number was no longer in use for this company, I replied with the fact I recognised your voice and then..... silence..... this is a scam wish you could rate with a minus. Taking money from working people when we are struggling with rises!! But I hope you enjoyed your holiday in Portugal (not). Give me a refund! The nice reviews must be from your friends or family!
