From the moment I stepped into the showroom the staff were all very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Barbara from the portadown branch was amazing helping me fit out 2 of my kids bedrooms. Highly recommend. It was all done quickly and professionally. Communication was brilliant reminding you date and time the team would be with me to fit our wardrobes. The guys who done both rooms were really clean tidy and done a great job. Was so glad I went with star plan, at first I thought they would have been the most expensive but after shopping around to get what I was looking for star plan was the best on price. The quality is brilliant. The kids absolutely love their new rooms and plenty of storage. Now I need to get back to plan my room! Thanks again team portadown

Approachable, helpful, patient and professional

Took 3 attempts to get my simple order of a chest of drawers and wardrobe correct. Martin in Portadown was fantastic, extremely helpful, but unfortunately can't say the same with the manufacturing/warehouse department.

We ordered wardrobes for the master bedroom & daughters bedroom. Also had an additional cupboard for my shoes. Jody came measured up & planned the wardrobes & given the dates for them to be fit. They wardrobe fitters came on the day allocated & cleaned up after they had finished. A job well done.

We were buying a new bedroom Cheryl went above and beyond to help us pick the furniture, the bed and the colours.
We are very pleased either way out experience,
The guys who fitted the bedroom were fast efficient and very pleasant .

My wife and I are totally delighted with our new fitted wardrobes. Firstly Ian Bowers at Starplan in Bangor NI was extremely helpful in designing our wardrobes and secondly, the fitters were efficient and clean when fitting the units. A good job all round.

The initial showroom experience was great no problems. However, the day of the fitting wasn’t as good. The fitters were unfriendly as my husband was trying to explain how he wanted the electrics to be situated behind the dressing table. also, they never tidied/vacuumed up after themselves and missed areas where remedial had to come back out later to sort. They seemed to be in a rush to leave. Fed this back to the Cannock showroom who must have relayed my message back to the fitters. One of the fitters then phoned me saying he lost his wedding ring on my drive and was expecting me to go and search for it knowing it was dark and the drive is pebbled. Furthermore, I know losing his ring wasn’t true as they never swept their van out as he explained. Unfortunately, due to this, we have gave you 3 stars. The cupboards are great quality and we are really satisfied with them.

This was our first time going to Star Plan for our built-in wardrobe, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

We were greeted with a smile, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Stephen was especially helpful. He came to our house to measure and re-measure, assisted us throughout the process, and gave useful suggestions. He was very patient and always willing to help, which made everything easy and stress-free.

Excellent design and fitted in a morning. Really pleased with my walk in dressing room. Just what I wanted.

The personal touch of someone coming to the house and discussing everything with me, your representative Brian was exceptional

The wrong colour of bed frame was delivered and I didn’t notice til next day with the lighting in the room I ordered cream and grey came just before Xmas

Starplan are my go to people they fitted my Kitchen 10 years ago and it is still as good as new
