Are you joking right? You chose the slowest delivery way and your order was shipped on 29/09/2021. Four business days have passed and you left one star review. International post takes up to 20 days in some case to deliver goods. You received an email with all the tracking details so you have the opportunity to check. Also there is an option to send us an email about the tracking of your order and not leave one star review. For your information reviews are for the total experience and not about shipping.

As it seems you are a bit impatient. You placed an order on 18/07/2021. As we mention in our terms and contortions we need up to 3 business days to prepare and ship your order. We shipped it the next business day from the day you placed the order, that means on 19/07/2021. You chose UPS Standard Service and as we also mention in our shipping terms UPS Standard Service needs 5-7 business days to deliver goods. As you are based in U.K. Delivery might delay because the customer clearance may take up to 5 business days to complete.
You also received the tracking number from the day we shipped the order and so far you received several emails and text messages that mention the way of the package.
We also mention in those email that we have no power after the package dispatch our facilities and you have to contact your local carrier for further information.
In any case today is 28/07 early in the morning and still your package will be deliver soon between the timeline that we mentioned earlier
Therefore we believe that one star is at least unfair and malicious as well.
Thank you very much for your order and next time try to solve issues contacting us first rather that uploading a vicious review first.
