The class exceeded my expectations in…

The class exceeded my expectations in every way. Lincoln Murphy is the headliner and he didn't disappoint. He is always engaged, passionate, listening, and thoughtfully answers all questions. The supporting team, structure, and online tools were awesome. The break outs are a great idea and worked well.

The Customer Success Manager Program…

The Customer Success Manager Program was such an excellent opportunity to learn new and improve existing skills to help me in my career, therefor helping my customers too! The whole team were excellent and I hope to attend many more related course in the future! Big thank you to the team at Impact Academy / Startdeliver!!!

The course offered many valuable…

The course offered many valuable lessons and insights into actual cases and how you should address them to create value for your business and your customers.

Johan and Lincoln possess excellent subject matter knowledge and communication skills. This results in more value and credibility for the person taking the course. It's intense but easy to follow if you take the time to be active throughout the course.

For me, the course offered many valuable perspectives, guides, segmentations and new ways of working in the area as a CSM.

On the whole, I would grade the course 5/5. I would recommend that all CSMs complete this course prior to going into this area.

good insights on theoretical views in the CS Role paired with great conversations and exchanges with other Customer Success colleagues from over the world.

Great content delivered in well paced sessions

Great content delivered in well-paced, easy-to-digest segments over the course of 5 weeks. It really opened my eyes to what is possible in Customer Success and how to give my clients this experience.
The whole team was very quick to respond to content questions, giving great feedback when needed.
The reason I did not give 5 stars is as follows: In week 1 we were to select a client scenario that we were to use in the break-out sessions in all 5 weeks. This really didn't work for me (nor for the attendees in my breakouts). I would have preferred to have been given a scenario and worked through that. Still, very useful class and my clients will benefit.
