I had booked a tour for the panaromic europe for 5days for me and my dad. Our guide was Stephen and delroy was our driver. They made sure we cover most of the places while being safe and enjoy our holiday.
This was my dads first international trip and he had so much fun. Stephen was explaining the history and made sure we were seeing the monument for its value.
the food was good and the service was also amazing
Overall It was a fabulous holiday and look forward to book another very soon.

Very disappointing experience with Star Tours.

We booked and fully paid for a tour for 4–5 April for a group of 6 people. At the time of booking, no one clearly informed us that the tour required a minimum of 25 passengers to be confirmed.

After making the payment and arranging leave from work for those specific dates, we were later told that the tour is not confirmed due to insufficient passengers. We were asked to move to another date (3rd April), which is not possible for us because our leave has already been approved for 4–5 April.

This kind of important information should be clearly communicated before customers make payment and plan their time. Changing the dates after booking creates a lot of inconvenience and stress for customers.

We hope the company improves transparency and communication so other customers do not face the same situation.

We had a great time on our Panoramic Europe tour with tour Manager Stephen Farnandez and coach driver Delroy. The guys were amazing and worked really hard in managing everything and everyone on time to make us see every possible destination. The food was top notch. Enjoyed it alot. Hotels were neat and clean and too comfortable as well.

Was on their Aus/NZ tour and had a great experience. Tour was very well organized considering the logistics involved with moving a group of people across vast distances.
Itinerary was well thought out and had several events which were all very interesting.
All the hotels used for accommodations were very nice.
Food options in general are focused on catering to needs of vegetarians and there was not much of a choice for non-vegetarians.

We had an amazing 5-days Panoramic Europe tour experience! Our tour manager (Stephen) was knowledgeable, friendly, and well-organised, making every destination interesting and enjoyable. The catering services were excellent, with fresh and tasty meals every day. A special thanks to our driver(Mohsen) for being punctual, professional, and ensuring a safe and comfortable journey throughout the trip. Everything was perfectly managed — highly recommended! ✨

The services of star tour company along with the tour manager was excellent .we enjoy mostly everyday Indian food & good hotels. Visiting and site
seeing was also well arranged for 16 days Australia & Newzeland tour fom 7 feb. to 22 feb 2026. Services of tour manager Mr.Vikas was good . He take care of every member of the group.

I enjoyed the Europe tour experience that I had with Star Tours during the period 06.09.2025 - 19.09.2025.

Lazlov is an amazing and extraordinary person to tour with, having an immense experience in and around Europe. Ramakanth is an amazing person to tour with. However, Ramakanth could have been better in guiding us to go around and more informative about each place that were visited.

The itineray and the plan were given inspite of which, we had to miss out on couple of them due to time restrictions (the reason given) instead of planning it to be proper fun filled day.

The tour guide who guided us on the last day was amazing and kind hearted who spoke to the point and enough informative as and when required. I completely forgot his name.

Overall, my experience has been amazing. I have and will do recommend Star Tours to others just the way we have been recommended by others.

I had such a fantastic day trip to the Cotswolds and Oxford with Star Tours today! Our tour manager Mr. Divash Joshi was absolutely brilliant, friendly, attentive, and full of interesting stories that made every stop more enjoyable. And our coach captain Mr. Licka was amazing too, making the whole journey feel safe, smooth, and relaxed.
The vibe throughout the trip was so positive and well organised that I ended up booking another tour before we even finished this one. That’s how good it was!
Highly recommend Star Tours if you want a fun, stress-free, and memorable day out.

I had a very disappointing experience with Star Tours. While the itinerary itself was fine, my main issue was the behaviour of the tour guide during the trip.

I felt extremely uncomfortable because the guide’s communication and behaviour towards me felt overly personal and inappropriate for a professional setting. There were several moments where he tried to stand too close to me and attempted physical contact such as hugging, which made me feel unsafe and anxious throughout the tour.

I also received repeated comments that felt flirtatious, and I was asked more than once to meet privately after returning to London. This was not what I expected from a tour company and it impacted my ability to enjoy the trip.

I am sharing this review so that the company can take this seriously and improve staff training, boundaries, and customer safety. I would not book again.

I recently went on a 3-day Paris tour, and the overall experience was very well organized and memorable. A big credit goes to our tour manager, Stephen Fernandez, who handled everything calmly and professionally. His coordination, guidance, and attention to the group made the trip smooth and stress-free.

Special thanks as well to our coach captain, Mosin, for his discipline, punctuality, and safe driving throughout the journey. His cooperation and positive attitude kept everyone comfortable and on schedule.

Overall, it was a well-managed tour, and I truly enjoyed exploring Paris without any hassles. I would confidently recommend this team for future trips.

We had the best tour guide Tej Shukla and best captain Mitesh. They looked after us really well. We had great experience. They covered the whole tour itinerary and food provided was good as well including the hotel stay and breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Overall planning and logistics - excellent
Indian Food - day 1 could be better but day 2&3 was excellent.
Hotel - Rooms were Good. Breakfast was below average for vegetarians.
Itinerary - Visit to the Perfumery could be replaced by a walk on the river seine and more information should be provided on the iconic buildings around the Eiffel Tower.
Tickets - the wait time (almost 2 hours) to buy tickets for Eiffel Tower was a waste of time. Star tours should have booked our tickets in advance.
The tour manager - Mr Tej was a very pleasant and kind tour manager. He ensured that we were comfortable, well fed and happy throughout the tour. Excellent person.
The coach driver - Mr Mitesh was very professional and kind. He was hands on with the details of the tour. Excellent person.

Overall experience - 4.5 stars ⭐️

Absolutely phenomenal , had an amazing time in France and also tge hotel was quite calm and peaceful. The resteraunts we had dinner at was also pretty good as well. Overall wonderful experience to be fair and thank you.
