So before Justin walked into my Bait and Tackle store I was paying fees on all cc/debit card transactions...after speaking with him for about 20 min I realized i was paying about 20k a year in fees ...I WAS SICK seeing that number...I closed up for the season, 2 months passed and Justin was there 2nd day I reopened and I couldn't be happier to see him and sign up fast enough. Paying fees as a business owner in this day and age is just plain dumb and I couldn't be happier with not only the customer service he's provided me but also the machine, its SO EASY to use and they even put my logo on the screen. He came to the installation which was a breeze and also stopped in and brought me an amazing gift basket which I plan on eating all weekend... Since using it I have gotten my money the next day and not a single customer has complained about the fee...the amount of money I have lost over the years I could have bought a house in PR. Thank you Justin and Slice for all you did for me and opening my eyes. Customer for life.

Working with Slice and Justin Elliot has honestly changed my whole life and business. Before using clover I never had inventory or a POS system in my store and I have over 1000 bottles of liquor and wine. Justin spent 3 days with me and my husband here inputting EVERY bottle of liquor and wine and beer in my store while teaching me and my husband how to use the system. I am 60 years old and barely know how to use my phone, and now I know how to do inventory and scan bottles and do everything on this clover duo and clover flex, I’m amazed how easy it was to learn and use! Slice is so lucky to have someone like Justin working for them because he is truly amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my system and slice!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I put in a request last Thursday for a Bank change. They sent over documents to sign, got those signed and sent in, I go to check my app on Sunday and the bank details show my new account info. I do a settlement, and then find out the funds went into an account I can't access instead of the new one all because someone updated the app before all the other portals were updated. So after 3 hours on the phone passed through 5 people and back to the original I'm basically told I'm screwed on seeing my money and next time they will get it in the right account. So one person who updated something too early I'm screwed out of my money.

I have made posts before about this company BEWARE they are very dishonest and like a onion with layers of misdirection through the companies they represent the banking goes through in Minnesota as bankcard 1869 I paid my early pay off and still getting bills from them and their scamming partners they send you back and forth and no answers just another con man. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
