Good Relocation Experience with Star Van Lines! Engaged their services for my recent move and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Every piece of my belongings was treated with utmost care, safely transported, and meticulously set up in my new dwelling. Kudos to their team for making this transition seamless and stress-free. Would definitely entrust them with any future moves.

During the transport, we had a flat tire, but the driver managed to handle it and fix everything quickly. There were no further issues. The prices at StarVanLines are slightly lower than Uhaul

The movers were SUPER COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY.

Denis was super friendly and great to work with. He communicated well and was super efficient.

I told the seller I had a 10x10 storage unit FILLED ! W a two bedroom . I even mentioned to him there’s so many stuff I can’t name every single item to he replied it’s ok give me what you can. He quoted me $1900 I told him unfortunately I can’t afford that. I’m a single mom of 3 w no financial help and just moved to a whole new state. He asked what my budget was I told him honestly 1500 I’m struggling over here. He then told me let me ask a manager to see if we can HELP you. He came saying we can DEFINITELY help you for $1500. Obviously I was excited because me and kids are in an FULLY EMPTY apartment. Anyways when the driver shows up an hour late. He tells me that they were never told the truth about what was in the storage n that if I wanted my 10x10 storage moved I need to pay them an extra 2k. Which I don’t have!!!!!! Super unprofessional!!!!!!!

Slava and Marat both did a great job upon delivery. Handled items well and were able to get everything from the truck to the apartment in a smooth manner.

Our items were delivered in two separate trucks when they only filled up one truck. The second truck came ~2 weeks after truck one. There were damaged items and missing items. I've reached out to Star Van Lines via phone, text, and email with no response on how to file a claim. I purchased the more expensive insurance plan as well. I will unfortuantly be filing a report with BBB and hiring an attorney to address these issues.

I recently used Star Van Lines for a long-distance move and they exceeded my expectations. Their team was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from packing to unpacking. Star Van Lines made my moving experience an absolute breeze! Their team was professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish😉.

These people are crooks . They moved me from Florida to New Jersey and all of my stuff showed up soaking wet. TV’s , bed, couch, chairs , paintings , photos . Everything is destroyed. They lied and said they have $10k insurance but are only willing to give me $500. The move cost me over $2k, they won’t even refund that. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Every single thing is ruined. And now they won’t answer my calls or emails. Do NOT use this company. They are the worst . I have pictures of everything.
