Excellent Warranty

They honor their warranty which is a very good thing. Many vendors would not if you do not have the original purchase receipt (I did and provided a snap shot just in case). The design has some limitations but overall it is a good cable.

I had a problem with a charger I contacted customer service via email got a prompt response with instructions. I followed them and found it still did not work let them know and they promptly made it right by sending me a new charger. I can’t say enough about the response and resolution of my issue. Great company to work with would highly recommend products and services

I contacted Statik Support because I received a damaged cable.

I contacted Statik Support for a problem with a new 360 Pro cable and lightening magnetic connector. I received a response almost immediately asking for additional information. When I sent the requested photos, within a few minutes, a new order was in place for a replacement. I could not have asked for a better or more timely resolution.

I rarely write negative reviews

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warrants a clear and honest account.

My order was placed on December 2nd, 2025 and was only delivered on January 21st, 2026, nearly seven weeks later.

Throughout this period, the handling of the order was deeply disappointing:

the shipment was dispatched very late,

part of the order (a power bank) was initially missing,

customer support provided inconsistent and sometimes contradictory information,

repeated messages failed to address the core issues and instead relied on generic responses asking for “patience”.

Tracking updates showed long periods of inactivity, with the parcel blocked for days without any meaningful explanation or proactive intervention from the seller. After delivery not yet updated!!!

When the package finally arrived, it was damaged, which unfortunately confirmed the overall lack of care in logistics and follow-up.

Resolving this situation required an unreasonable amount of time and effort for what should have been a straightforward purchase. This is not the level of service one should expect from a professional online retailer.

As a result, I will not be ordering from this company again, and I cannot recommend it to other customers.

This review is shared to help future buyers make an informed decision.

Statik, they’re always there for me!

I have been a customer of Statik for several years. They’re the best!
They’ve always been there for me.
My latest purchase is the Globright 360 Pro.( I chose the Globright cable because it reminds me to unplug it when I’m not using it. I’m all about saving money) The cable has a magnetic tip which allows me to charge my devices from any direction. The cable comes with 3 different size magnetic tips so I can keep one tip in my phone and another size tip that fits an android phone in another phone. When a device needs to be charged, I just attach the cable. If I have any questions, I just contact the great team at Statik.

Products were delivered quickly, and worked as promised! Phone holder for car is the ONLY one that worked, out of 6 different brands I had previously tried. Snap-in-Charge is an ingenious device that works, takes up very little space, and is handy for travel. Great products, and great service!
