I was skeptical at first whether this…

I was skeptical at first whether this was a legitimate site. Customer service was awesome especially when the first delivery carrier, Yahwen Express (?), stated my phone car mount was delivered and I received nothing. I expressed my anger to Statik customer service who quickly relied and sent me a replacement order with a more reliable company, free of charge, and yes, I received my order. I am happy with customer service!!!!

Great customer service

Great customer service! The representative truly seemed like they cared about my issue, and they provided a complete experience. They even followed up afterwards, which never happens in this day and age of online retail!

First Cabin Customer Service

Delivery service failed to deliver my product. Customer service was very responsive and professional, sending out a new order without hesitation. Yes, it takes time to get the product here from China, but patience prevails. I would readily buy from Statik again.

Terrible

I ordered two embroidery books and when the order went through there were 5 in the order. I contacted the company several times to reverse the transaction. NO response at all. Then when the product arrived they didn't even come with the stitch guide. This company has terrible customer service, is happy to rip off customers and then doesn't even send the important components of the order.

Update: Statik responded and asked me to email them. Why am I to waste my time? I have done this already, as mentioned, more than once. And ZERO response. What makes this time different??

Overall good product

Quick delivery. Quality product as described. Easy to use and portable charger is light to carry in your pocket for when needed. I did find the the attached strip to portable charger with slots to store the different connections was not as secure so could lose spare connections

I recently discovered Statik products…

I recently discovered Statik products from their magnetic coiled charging cord which I love to their vacuum suction magnetic phone mount, HyperMount, which is awesome too, and now I’m a huge fan! Their products are inventive, cool looking, and are high quality. Their customer support reps are also very receptive and fantastic too. I had a missing package situation and they didn’t hesitate to send me another item right away! They’re the best!

Save your money for a better company with integrity!

This company literally forced me to receive this mount after I requested the order to be cancelled. It took weeks for them to ship it so I ended up purchasing a different mount. There was absolutely no reason why they could not cancel the order seeing as though it was not even being prepared to be shipped when I requested it. On top of that, the mount is made out of cheap like plastic material, not sturdy or solid like the advertisement portrayed. There was absolutely nothing special or different about it and it was definitely not worth the cost. NOW apparently if I want to return it I have to pay for the shipping. This company has no integrity, they are sheisty to say the least and that will be the first and last dollar they get from me. Im so over these horrible companies that are only out to take your money and have no intentions of providing a geeat product let alone customer service. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY buying anything from them. You will onky end up feeling scammed.
