I love your products, top notch quality and great price. I’m constantly looking for something simple but still be functional for what I need. BUY AT YOUR PERIL ! BUYER BEWARE!
I bought one of their vacuum car phone stands having been fooled by their adverts on IG.
Checked them out and there were more good than bad reviews!
Will not be fooled again as it is just a scam!
I paid for it through SHOP, thinking it was safe, but they just fob me off to speak to Statik, who just dont respond because of the difference in times and because now that they have had the money, they are not too bothered!!
I paid on 02/01 and despite the 3-12 days promised lead times for delivery, it was not marked as out for delivery until 23/01.
It never arrived, though changed status as 'delivered'!!
I contacted then and they eventually responded that they were sorry and would send me one immediately for express delivery.
This went 'out for delivery' on 07/02 and again changed status to delivered, without the paid for item being delivered!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
The delivery company has a Chinese name, which means you have no recourse to contact and when you ask Statik, they just say sorry cant contact and it is on its way, which of course means not!
Just a scam and I wonder who is actually leaving them good reviews, unless it is set up to read well through their staff with different made up email accounts.
