Train to Heathrow stopped at Hayes and Harlington. This guy came up to us knowing we were in desperate need for a taxi told us he had one big car left as we were a family of 5 with suitcases and were going to miss our flight.

He then proceeded to tell us because we were in a big car that other people wanted and charged us £138.50 said it would take over an hour to get to heathrow even though on google maps it said 10 minutes. He knew we were in a tight time frame said he could take the motorway but it would be an extra £20.

He then told us we needed to pay in cash and made us stop at a ATM which he also said was another charge.

When we got to the airport he then told us it was another charge so we ended up paying this man over £200 for a 15 minute ride. Straight up taking advantage of people in a desperate and vulnerable situation.

Also, we had 4 people in the back of this car with suitcases on our lap.

Do not book this company we will be reporting this to authorities

THE PUBLIC NEED TO BE WARNED OF THIS SO CALLED CAR SERVICE. RANG THEM FOR A QUOTE FROM THE LOCK AND QUAY IN HAYES TO THE VUE IN HARROW. WAS GIVEN A JOURNEY RIDE THAT SHOULD COST NO MORE THAN £15. WAS TOLD BY THE CONTROLLER THAT IT WOULD COST ME £45.
£45 FOR A £15 JOURNEY.
THE PUBLIC NEED TO AVOID THIS SO CALLED MINI CAB COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Ibz from Station cars came to the rescue when a taxi was needed to take a young man home who was stranded after a night out and needed a ride home. Extremely polite and courteous service from Ibz the driver who also called me back to say he had got the young man home safely. Great service, would highly recommend them.
