Great customer service! The instructions were very clear to follow and helped a lot! Had to wait for a reply on week days but it was the Xmas holiday so I guess on normal days it will be fine!

Exceptional Business to Deal with
Very friendly service.
I made a specific request and they had no problems with what I requested, which, if I'm being honest, was probably an unrealistic request from me, but they agreed none the less.
One of the reasons I like to support small businesses is because you can get faster response times, and less steps between the person you are dealing with and the decision maker of the business.
Quick response times to emails.
I have not yet used the product (bought as a Christmas present) but from speaking with others that have used it, the product is exceptional in what it delivers.
