Great customer service! The instructions were very clear to follow and helped a lot! Had to wait for a reply on week days but it was the Xmas holiday so I guess on normal days it will be fine!

Very poor service and delivery

I want it to contact you so many times but nothing because I ordered something on dec 15 i think and there were holidays so I know it’s busy that’s why i went for and extra payment for a fast delivery it was scheduled for 24 December to arrive but 19dec it was one the way since then no update I contacted the delivery company and they didn’t know were the package was they said they would put a team on it and within 60 hours I would be contacted but nothing a week went bay I contacted them again same thing again we will contact you that the 31 of December i cot a text that they will deliver it between 10:30 and 14:30 but 1 hour before the deadline i get a call of that team ( delivery company) from more than a week ago luckily they delivered the package an hour later but the service was terrible and I wanted to contact you, but it was not possible to do that so this experience was so bad. I don’t know if I ever wanna order something from you again.

Hi Senaj, we can see you placed your order at on December 18, 2024 at 5:31 pm, not 15th December as you have stated. For guaranteed delivery before Christmas in mainland Europe, we outlined on our website that orders must be placed before 17th Dec. We can see your order was delivered on 31st Dec after the couriers resumed normal business.

Way to Difficult to Connect

My Package arrived 10 Days late and also they didn't write to me, so i had to write them but its Okay. But Now the Tracker doesnt Work, its way Difficult to Connect the Tracker himself. And the only Contact is via Email so it takes them way to long to Answer. But its no Scam!

Nice shopping experience-Dissapointing delivery times

Very nice shopping experience, easy to pay and quite detailed information about the products. Very helpful size guide.
Extremely dissapointed with the delivery times. I applied and paid for an express international service and 15 days later I still haven't received my order. Upon calling Fedex I got informed that my order was sent as economy and it will be delivered 3-4 weeks after I placed my order.

I got a great price on my purchase, Heavily discounted for the holidays. I didn’t find the set up videos on the website overly helpful, but I was able to figure it out without too much stress.

Great product

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. It was very last minute but was very easy and quick delivery. He absolutely loves it. He has used it for his runs and has loved the information that he gets like how he rates against others. A great product! Very motivational. He can’t wait for training to start up again after the Christmas break!

An expensive mistake! My heart monitor will not pair with…

My new heart monitor will not pair with my statsports tracker. Which unfortunately is misbehaving badly. Simply not working correctly. I have asked for technical support no reply after a week, I know it's Xmas but it's been an expensive mistake. Cheers Colin Yates

Does anyone actually have a contact number that works, now not responding to my emails or Instagram messages. I understand they're busy but surely things can get resolved a lot quicker with a phone call.
