Great customer service! The instructions were very clear to follow and helped a lot! Had to wait for a reply on week days but it was the Xmas holiday so I guess on normal days it will be fine!

Inadvertently ordered the same product…

Inadvertently ordered the same product twice and when this was noticed I contacted customer service. The promptness in acknowledging my email and investigating the matter was excellent. The issue was resolved very quickly and the experience only serves to enhance my view of how well this business is run where positive customer experience is a key cornerstone.

Extremely good customer service

They answered my query very quickly and was extremely happy with the response I got and was above what I was expecting.
Couldn’t fault the customer service, this is the second time I needed to ask something and both times responded, helped, and sorted within 12hrs.

Great response

Great response, even though it was so frustrating at first. The customer service helped and knew exactly what to do. Within minutes they sent me a details explanation and I got it straight up and running. As for the product, could maybe have the option for 6-7 year olds. They sell the vests for them but when you sign up to the app it’s minimum for 12/13 year olds.

Praise for customer service and device quality

First we received a faulty device, which we informed the customer service about and they responded quite quickly. After exchanging data and sending photos and clips, we received instructions for sending the package back. After a couple of days we received a correct device, which works flawlessly. We recommend it for all athletes who want to know the statistics of their activities.

Everything was amazing

Everything was amazing. Tracker was acting up and they stayed in emails with me for 3 WEEKS to make sure that it works. Easily could’ve left me to figure it out on my own but they helped a whole lot. 5 stars!

I have a problem with the Apex Athlete…

I have a problem with the Apex Athlete series sensor. At some point it just stopped turning on... If I plug it into the charging network, the sensor responds, but does not search for satellites, as soon as I disconnect it from the network - it turns off, the on/off button does not respond.
What kind of problem could this be?

Really excellent service

Really excellent service. Used the apex tracker while in the UK but had an issue when I got back home. It wouldn't sync and I lost all connection. I reached out to the team and they provided me with excellent customer service, and escalated my issue to the engineering team, when needed. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a tracker to use one of these products and rest assured if you experience an issue, take comfort in the fact that you will be professionally supported.

The gps was great for a month and then…

The gps was great for a month and then it stopped working on multiple occasions until at one point it completely stopped working. I charge it, it turns on, and then I unplug it and it doesn't work anymore. Nothing works, and the worst part is that customer service is useless and they keep ignoring my request for help. They asked me to send a video of it, I did, and then it wasn't enough and they never answered me after that. Absolutely poor on their behalf.

Awful. Recorded a 58min session with no data whatsoever. Just get yourself a garmin and save yourself the bother.
