Absolutely blown away with my…

Absolutely blown away with my experience with this store.
I needed a new milk bottle holder, found one on sale. I added a few other bits and pieces that were at very competitive prices.
Order was placed on 23rd December, with standard shipping.
Order was delivered on 24th December!!
Very happy with purchases and will definitely use store again

Incorrect Item Received and Poor Resolution by Customer Service

In my order, I received one incorrect item out of a set of eight. I informed the company in writing and requested that the wrongly delivered product be exchanged for the correct one, as is standard under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 when goods do not match the order.

Instead of resolving this easily, I was asked to return the entire shipment via EVRI. This is disproportionate and not in line with the seller’s obligation to repair or replace the incorrect part of an order without causing unnecessary inconvenience to the consumer.

Additionally, the communication was impersonal and showed little attention to the details of my message.

Based on my experience, the customer service does not meet the minimum expectations of care or proper compliance with UK consumer protection standards.

If I could give a zero, I would
Item arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Couldn’t get a refund. Sent photographs of the damaged item. They arranged a collection which never materialised. Still got the crappy item on the porch - tomorrow it goes in the bin.
Don’t waste your money.

Ordered patio furniture cover

Ordered patio furniture cover, it didn't arrive within the suggested period and tracking was not updated. A little concerned based on reviews but in all fairness they responded to an email from the evening before. They were very apologetic, offered a refund if required but they delivered the next day. Can't ask more than that, and the price was competitive.

Con artists and thieves

Con artists! Trading standards need to be involved. This isn’t a legit company. They take your money and rob you. Made order weeks ago and whenever I ring I get through to someone who doesn’t even sound like they’re in the UK and just get fobbed off. They have no idea what’s happened with my order, say they’re gonna send me an email and doesn’t happen. Now waiting for a refund that just isn’t happening. Thieves!!!

Stay well away

Stay well away, trying to contact them with issues or order progress is impossible, fobbing you off all the time to send emails, a dodgy outfit if you ask me

Great service and fantastic price

Great service and fantastic price. I ordered 8 pots and when they arrived one part of a pot was missing. I contacted customer services and they dispached the missing part.
Cant fault them at all.

Same review as many other customers on here, i have only received half of my order, i see they also use the useless EVRI which certainly doesn`t help matters but i have messaged 4 times now with absolutely no response. £30.00 for 2 x 5kg bags of bbq briquettes is certainly no bargain. BEWARE.

No customer service when fault develops

Have emailed this company to let them know my cover for my garden furniture as faded, only had it since June!! They asked if it had been out in the sun & rain for months ? No it hasn't it didn't get delivered tell June it now August!!! Now there saying I need to contact the manufacturer, no my contract is with you as the seller ! Customer service is zero after you have your goods so please be aware when buying from this so called family business!!!!! Update !!! Have just received a email saying that they will collect the item as its not usual for that much fading in just 3 months !! Will update when I know more !!!!

Please do not use this company you do…

Please do not use this company you do not receive your purchase. Absolute disgrace of a company. They took the money out of my bank account but left me having to chase them for my purchase, after emailing them I was told there was a problem. I have requested my money back or I will take this matter further. Avoid avoid avoid.
