DOUBLE TAX SCAMMERS
bought dinner plates & kitchenware description stated tax included delivery calculated at checkout, didn't notice at the time they charged extra 20% on final total phoned for refund they just keep you waiting & claim its some form of online tax or some other form of tax.
AVOID these scammers they are glorified thieves

Ordered some paint but when I received it there was paint all over the bag (luckily it was in a bag) obviously the lid hadn’t been put on correctly. I arranged it to be returned (their courier/label) and now it’s gone missing (although I have proof of collection) 5 emails and still no refund! Terrible customer service. Avoid and buy local.

order 23 items, I was sent only 4 items and they started playing games with order said it sent then i emailed them asking whats going on, then said its not sent , then again said it sent then after week i emailed again, then said it not sent. then again said its been shipped after 2 weeks i emailed again. then said sorry we cancelled all the items without a refund. they never call or email me i have to do all the emailing to find out what going on, if the order coming or not. then they did not want to refund me for the items they cancelled. dont buy just give you stress for months and you will never got a sorry from them. I dealt with paypal to help me with this. never again shopping with them. i wish i can give -0 stars

I was dubious about ordering from this company after reading reviews. But the price was so good, I had to take the chance. I'm really glad I did! Delivery was within the 2-4 working days. I was kept updated every step of the way. 2 of the paint cans were recieved dented, but I'd say that's more the delivery companies fault. Will definitely be ordering from you again. Thanks.
Good quality tiles if they are not broken or scratched
The tiles had a good protecting packaging but half of the them were broken and the rest had scratches on the corners at the front, so they were broken before been delivered. They were only 5 boxes available, I guess that's why they were discounted, but the discount doesn't justify the state of the tiles. Very disappointed. I only needed few tiles to cover a small area in the kitchen, so I used the scratched ones and avoid the broken ones.

We ordered 25 Litres of Car Screen…
We ordered 25 Litres of Car Screen Wash, the first lots was supposed to be damaged by Evri and so was the second replacement. The next replacement was supposed to be sent off by DX - It never arrived either so we asked the question where is it- Oh we are refunding your money. We are now a full 4 weeks since ordering - now waiting for the return of our Monies, the chance of seems to be slim. now the 17th July 2025. DO NOT trade WITH THIS COMPANY.

I received a loppers Friday 4th July, from Statushomecare and realised they were to heavy for me to use. I telephoned and asked for advice on how to return them, the lady explained it would be better to email them, which I did at mid-day and received a very helpful reply within half an hour, asking me for a convenient time for the loppers to be collected.
The loppers have just been collected. This is excellent service as this is just 3 days later which included a weekend and all "at my convenience".

Ordered 5ltr of 0il, contacted after 2 weeks to ask where my dilivery was, they assured me it would be within 3 days. month later nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.
1st time and only time !
Had never used or heard of this company before but I was desperate for a product which was out of stock at my regular suppliers, so thought I'd give it a shot!
Several days pass, no dispatch confirmation. Email to chase to eventually be told that they need to issue me a refund and I'll receive it within 5-7 days. No explanation as to what happened, nothing.
I'll be avoiding Status Home Care in future and I'd suggest you do too.

AVOID !!
I purchased 2 garden chairs. Only 1 arrived, on 22nd May. Eventually a 2nd chair was received, but the shade of grey was very different and not acceptable, as they are supposed to be a pair.
Collection of said chair eventually made, but Evri lost it. Despite me having evidence of the Evri pick up on 5th June, Status Homecare would not refund.
From point of receipt, it took 5 weeks to get my refund (25th June). All through the process Status Home Care’s email correspondence was just text book, apologies, but not willing to act as requested. I certainly would not purchase from this company again.
Awful
I ordered a scythe. 2 weeks later no sign of it. Contacted them, informed me they'd look into this. Never got back to me. Contacted them again, instructed them to cancel my order. Sceptical whether the refund will appear.
Dreadful lousy delivery even worse customer care
I ordered a watering can rose. It took 7 days to arrive and wasn't the correct one shown on their site. I spent several calls on the phone, so I sent a picture of what had arrived. Firstly I was told the code of what had arrived was correct. I rang yet again and got them to check the picture online which they agreed was different. In the end I asked for the correct one to be sent immediately and was told they would arrange collection when they had received back they would re-supply. It's a £4 watering can rose. Do not use this company !!!!!!!!!
