Kind and Quick!
Stax support is quick to respond and very efficient! Jarrett was able to help me update my invoice settings within a matter of minutes and was very kind during the process as well. I had requested multiple changes and each request was met with eagerness and willingness to help. Thank you Jarrett!

Terrible
Terrible, they opened a merchant account for us, let us process for a few days, then suddenly closed our account citing that it wasn't their choice it was tha acquiring banks choice. WHY WOULD YOU ACTIVATE SOMEONES ACCOUNT AND LET THEM PROCESS IF THEY WERENT IN FACT APPROVED YET? So after several days of processing when they suddenly close our account, they also KEEP ALL OUR MONEY AND SAY WE WILL GET IT BACK IN 90 DAYS. WHATTTTTT? STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.
No response to support or calls. Sales guy mislead us
The sales guy lied about how the payment structure works. We ran couple of scenarios with him and he gave us the answers which would get us signed up (over the phone). First bill that came in didn't make sense, we immediately reached out to support. No responses to 9 emails and 16 phone calls over 5 month period. And no way for you to cancel subscription online. We didn't use their service at all and still paid $700. After fighting with almost every agent, we finally got them to cancel our subscription and fighting for another 3 months, we never got any of our money back.

Leaving Stax: an expensive misadventure
When I wanted to leave Stax they offered me two months free but they kept on charging me the subscription fee. When I called to cancel again they would not refund the 6 month's worth of monthly subscription fees. Fast forward another 6 months and I notice that I have a credit card fee for CSG forte payment systems for $17.50. I called them and they are a partner for Stax. Now I have to fill out a CSG forte form to cancel this payment too. Not happy.

I usually don’t write reviews but the representative I spoke with I totally was awful. So rude and intactful. When calling to ask about their plans, fees and services she was so rude and unprofessional and kept giggling (in a rude trying to make you feel dumb) for asking any questions. I tried to ignore her rude commentary and giggles, and tried to power through the call when I asked her about our sister company which we have an account with payment depot she couldn’t find and she said “look since you know so much about the company” when I stopped her and said you have been so rude throughout this call and hung up. Rebecca is the representative. Extremely dissatisfied with her customer service. If I could give no stars I would.

It's hard when you're not familiar with the online payment business. It was a little frustrating going back and forth via email. I asked for a call back to which I was contacted by Shannon. She was amazing and basically dumbed down the process to help me understand what I needed to do. She was assisted by Austin who was very helpful to make sure our system was up and running properly.

This is just a general review
This is just a general review. several months ago, something changed and now deposits of ACHs are included with credit card totals and other changes that has made my work much more challenging in a negative way. Will never recomment to anyone.

I continue to occassionally have payments from clients fail and am considering terminating the service. Rather than saving me time, the servie is starting to cost me time.
Fixed After Other Reps Failed
We had requested this correction multiple times over the past week and while we were told the correction had been made, it was not applied on our end. Katherine Rodrigues finally got this corrected for us.
Her assistance was great, although the process of getting customer/technical service help is ridiculously difficult. These issues should never take multiple phone calls and waiting on hold for 50 minutes.
