Superb customer service!
My support specialist Josue M is awesome! Even though I called Friday afternoon, he was able to get the required access to make an urgently needed gateway change to a client's merchant account ahead of the weekend! He kept his word and got the access when he saw the support ticket wasn't being picked up in time.

Awful experience!
Absolutely horrible company to work with. Terrible customer service, long wait to speak to someone, they charge you for a full month after you cancel. They made promises they didn’t keep like hidden fees.
