I have been walking through the process to get cc processing for my new business. I am leveling up and my support needed to also level up. It was much more involved than I have experienced in the past but I have to say that Cole, in the Stax customer service department really REALLY made it a easy as it could be. He was patient, candid, available -- all the things I needed. I am grateful to him for his assistance and feel like I am in good hands with Stax.
