Cole was so helpful in getting my business approved for credit card payment processing!
He stayed in constant communication and worked well with underwriting and myself to get any questions cleared up. He was polite and easy to work with and I’m very thankful !
Edit : although Cole was polite and I won’t take that back
this company set me up to purchase a machine and then cancelled my account before I could use it ! Buyers Beware!

Was looking for a new card processing service, filled out a request with Stax for someone to contact me. Within an hour, Nick Kagy called and went over details with me on the phone. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful about choosing the type of service I needed. Highly recommend him.

NIck was extremely helpful in working with me to set up our STAX payment system. I came in on the tail end of the project and thankfully Nick guided me thru it perfectly.

Great experience with Madelyn as she was very knowledgeable about the platform and provided me a clear understanding of everything. She got my account set up efficiently and responded to any questions I had with lightning fast response time.

I used Stax for over 5 years. When I first onboarded, our total fees, between monthly and individual processing fees were around 3.5% of transactions.

Now, the last 6 months averaged over 14%. We proccessed anywhere from $500k to $1M per year with them and this was what we got.

I do not recommend, it's a complete rip-off.

I now use Intuit for a total of 3% of all transactions.

She also helped me fill out my application. We submitted it and we got approved! Nick has been very responsive. STAX can be VERY difficult to get a staff member on the phone to answer questions without automated responses. Nick was very helpful
