STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!

After reading the other comments here, I had a bad feeling about staykeepers. They were unserious and I never got confirmations or emails they promised to send me. One week before traveling they changed my accommodation, to a worse one. They told me that the first building was closed due to maintenance. In the end when I paid for the accommodation, they told me that my credit card was invalid, after contacting booking.com, it was suddenly valid and everything was okay about the accommodation. When I arrived in Brighton we could not stay at the new accommodation and needed to call staykeepers and be relocated to another one. We and my sister together with 4 other people had the same problem. The reason we could not stay there was because it was apparently closed, but it was not. There was people in the reception and other students in the building. Staykeepers did not want to answer the phone and help us and booking did not want to help us either.

After many hours of waiting and calling staykeepers and booking.com a women working for the student housing helped us to get our rooms. She went straight to her boss, behind staykeepers and booking.com’s back. She did not want 6 young adults sleeping on the streets.

While staying in Brighton we also found out that our first accommodation was open and a lot of people was living there. So it was a lie that it was closed for maintenance!!

Stay away!

Stay away!
I booked a room and arrived late in the evening which was fine for the company. As I got to the room which was in a student complex, I noticed that the room was not cleaned. The bed was filthy, full of hair and dead skin. Even the folded towels were kind of wet and definitely used. I called the company to get at least some new bedsheets but they didn’t help me. No one was at the place and they wanted to send a cleaning team the next morning. They didn’t provide a different room or a other hotel for the night so I had to stay at this filthy place.
They ignored my emails when I asked when the cleaning team will arrive. They never came and I checked out the next day.

I am still waiting for my money as I definitely demand a refund here!!
Unbelievable customer service!

I agree totally with the last comment

I agree totally with the last comment. I also made a booking with them via booking.com for Reading. They confirmed the reservation and checked all my details that I was a student.
They told me the payment, from a card I use everyday for payments, would not go through and just cancelled my reservation.
I tried to call them and go through to what appeared to be an overseas call centre/contact. I also tried to pay over the phone with them but they could not do that.
I was due to start my placement year in a few days and now it is all jeopardized!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!!!

I did reserves room with them via booking.com

I did reserves room with them via booking.co in Exeter. Did get confirmation of everything, suddenly I been defended money.
So I did call them, they did say that maybe there was double payment but I definitely got that reservation.
Just in case day before my tip to Exeter I did call just to triple check and change time of my check in, still fine.
Next day in Exeter I call them and the lady told me that my booking was cancelled, and she could fine me any answer, I did ask to call me back and explain me how if I did check that twice and it wasn’t.
Never happen, I ended up paying overs £300 for hotel in last second.

Worst choice I ever made, they don’t know what they doing, avoid they at any cost !!!!
