All was send quickly against competitive prices

Quick reply of customer service before ordering.
Order was placed easily and all was sent quickly. Only PostNord forgot (as usual) to send a message in time that the package was at the pick up point. All articles were as described, not damaged and ready to use.
Price was very competitive.

I løpet av det siste halve året har dette gått til det verste mer og mer

I have use this supplier for long time. But in last half a year, this is go to worst more and more. Prices now more expensive than other suppliers. And service also go to worst. I have bought spaners kit, it was by deal, cost 1027 NOK. After I have received message from Staypro, ofcourse after, when deal it was finished, for they out of stock for this item, and they offer buy simillar item, but without any discount, for 1426 NOK. In my opinion, if you have a sold a item with discount and in your mistake you out of stock, just make a same price, for similar item. But they looks like don't care some much about a customer any more. Worry about only profit.

We care about our customers, but unfortunately there can be delays on products that are not in stock. It has been under pressure from our suppliers who have had a high demand despite the year we have been through with a lot of closures and staff shortages. This goes beyond deliveries, unfortunately. This is something we inform about on our websites. Some of your products were expected to arrive to us on 3/10 but were sent out from us on 11/10. I can see that you have received everything and that it's okay now. Sorry for the delivery time.

Lousy customer support

Lousy customer support. They are there to just tell some garbage asap and not to understand the customer. Good luck for such businesses.
