Excellent Service
Excellent service, the agent Tracey guided us through all of the options available, we are two pensioners going on holiday to Italy, and needed help and advice on what we needed in case of emergencies, delays, cancellations etc.
Such friendly and helpful advice guided us to the correct cover to give us peace of mind, and the cost was very competitive compared to other quotes we had been given. Thank you Tracey, and Staysure!

Mixed feelings but mainly positive although I ended up cancelling and now I wonder should I have stayed with them after speaking to the wonderful lady in customer service.
I cancelled because I felt I had overpaid. I found a much cheaper company. But I hope I did the right thing because they came highly recommended, especially for people with health issues like myself. I'm a wheelchair user with Multiple Sclerosis
