Super great Service!!

Super great Service!!. After ordering online, received the bracelets fast. Looked super but 1 was too long or my wrist to small. After contact a new bracelet was made for my wrist and send direct the next day. How amazing is that. Many companies should take you as example of what super service is. I have informed many friends already and made them enthusiastic.

I ordered and paid for 4 bracelets from…

I ordered and paid for 4 bracelets from your website on 7 November 2022. The scheduled date of delivery given to me was 14 November 2022 - one week to deliver to the UK! I didn't complain but one of your competitors in Holland are doing a much, much better job at ensuring prompt delivery and using a reliable forwarding company e.g. order on 8 Nov delivered by 11 Nov..........
Anyway, today is the 16 November and my goods have still not arrived. I sent 2 emails with the latest one today to the service team to check actual status because the Fedex tracking says my package is 13kg, which seems incredibly heavy for 4 bracelets. Surprise surprise, its now 3pm and no reply and no status update.........

We're really sorry to hear that your order takes longer to arrive than you wanted.

We do our very best to ensure that all orders are shipped on time and on the way to you as quickly as possible. Yes, you placed the order on 07-11 and we handed over the parcel to FedEx on 08-11.

As I can see from the tracking information, it took Fedex way longer to get the parcel in UK than expected. We will once again contact FedEx and make a claim.

As you can see from the Track&Trace link received, the parcel got stuck for the last 5 days at a FedEx depot. (Which is not our responsibility) Although we agree this is an extremely frustrating situation!

High quality product and it fits…

High quality product and it fits perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. There was a small problem with my first purchase due do the package being lost by the mail carrier, but with help of the Steel & Barnett client service, this was resolved in an excellent way. Have already ordered here again and probably will order soon once more

Bad delivery service at very high charges

They asked me to pay additional 20 Euros for express two-day delivery. Five days later, I have not received my package and there isn't any update available on the parcel tracking app. Extremely disappointed, very unprofessional to charge such an amount of money for a bad shipping service within the EU.

Just for the record: As mentioned on our official website, we shipped the order the next business day. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we have no influence on the delivery date.

In the meantime, we've shared your feedback with our team and we'll file a complaint claim with DPD.

I ordered at the end of the year and…

I ordered at the end of the year and the delivery took 13 days. I received many mails with publicity. Once they have your email, they mail you almost every day.
on my email to them to ask when the delivery was going to be done.
Also mails from the delivery company, but "following your order" was not working.
Not one single answer.
On the quality of the purchase itself, I do not know yet. I am travelling for my work, and delivery came too late. I can't use the bracelets that I bought until I am back somewhere next month.

Clutzy old broad that I am

Clutzy old broad that I am, I couldn't open the clasp so I emailed Steele and Barnett for help. They emailed me back the same day with instructions which worked. Not only is their product (bracelet for my husband) stunning, their customer service is great.

No respond

A bracelet was to large and send S&B 3 times an email. Just to ask what to do, because the ordernumber wasn't working. Still i don't have any reaction from anyone.
However, the quality of the bracelets are good.

Impossible to return product?

Purchased a bracelet online, and had ordered the incorrect size. There is no exchange policy, only "return and purchase a new one", which I am okay with. Ordered the replacement one and when trying to generate a return label find out that their system does not allow customers located in the US to do so. No problem, I'll do it myself. Send note asking for the return address, which I need because their system won't even show me the return information. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. So now I'm stuck with a relatively expensive item (approximately USD80) that I don't want to gamble on a blind return not knowing if it will arrive or if I will get credited.

The product looks great, customer service could be much better.

Edit 2021-10-05: The updated returns page has better and more clear information regarding returns than when I first attempted to return the product. Thank you for that. As I stated at first, my concern was with the lack of clarity and no-responses to email. I appreciate the fact that an overseas purchase will have certain extra challenges and willing to deal with that. For this, I’m revising the review up a bit.
