Installation process was fast, smooth, and clean. The scaffolding was set up quickly by a contractor, but it took a while to be taken down. Stellar Energy worked hard to speed that up. I highly recommend them.

We had 10 solar panels, a battery, an inverter, and a new fuse board installed. From the quote to the installation, Stellar Energy was professional, helpful, and punctual, keeping us updated throughout. The technicians were tidy, polite, and explained the equipment clearly. I highly recommend Stellar Energy to others who maybe sitting on the fence considering if they should apply for their own ECO funding grant, I say go for it! I'm very happy with my decision to use Stellar Energy UK along with their Expertise offered through out.
My initial point of contact was a very friendly Customer Service agent named Demi who I really like to Thank for her efforts, going above & beyond Demi really helped put my mind at ease and guide me along the journey.
From the start of the process Communication was excellent and continued through out. The Staff were Professional, thoughtful and Courteous. I was also provided with correct information to guide me through the entire ECO Funding grant process.
Through the entire process information was explained in clear, concise and easy to understand terms. I was kept well informed and updated about what steps to expect next.
The assessment process was tailored around my schedule, which I thought was excellent. Stellar Energy were flexible and considerate to my own personal needs and scheduled the appointment around dates and times that suited both parties. When the Assessor visited my Home he was friendly, Polite and was also well informed.
The Installation and upgrades were carried out to the highest standards.
Both of the Engineers/Installers who came to my home reassured me and were mindful about any Dust or debris/waste will be cleared up and kept to absolute minimum, They were careful not to damage anything during the install and left my home better than when they arrived.
I am very Happy, All-in-all a Stellar Service by Stellar Energy UK!

I had solar panels and a battery installed by this company, and they did a great job from start to finish. The team was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their price was very competitive, and the whole process from the quote to completion took just three weeks.

From our first meeting with the customer support person, who explained everything in detail, to the installation date, it took less than three weeks. The installers arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and had everything running within a few hours. Excellent service from a very skilled team. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everything went well. They spent a lot of time at the start discussing what we wanted. When it was time for installation, they did it with no fuss. Their prices are competitive, and the service is good.
