Beautiful designs on very good quality stamps, a pleasure to use.

Absolutely wonderful stencils. The choice is so vast, making it nigh on impossible to select a stencil (or 2 or 3 as is so often the case). The quality is exceptionally good. You will not be disappointed.

Worst customer experience ever. Business owner simply stopped responding after she claimed she had shipped my order (which she never did). After I filed a claim to PayPal, she emailed me offering a partial (!) reimbursement, i.e. less shipment costs for the items she never sent (wow, what a smart way of making money by cheating customers). Stay away from this business!

Beautiful stencil designs though slightly expensive you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered stencils as a birthday gift but hadn't realised they take time to produce. When I emailed to ask for a delivery date Lorraine arranged for them to be sent by next day service and the recipient was delight to receive them on her birthday.

I was promised a few empty sheets as kind of special offer for ordering a big number of items. The owner told me I would receive them. As the order arrived, and they were not attached, I asked why, she said she forgot, and they would be sent separately now. That never happened... I asked 2 more times, no response anymore. Super disappointed, as the rest was quite OK. Thou, the quality is not super great if you want to use them continuously either.

I would exercise caution before placing an order with this company. After taking payment I have received no communication and no response to email enquiry requesting an update. I have just tried to contact the company by telephone to request a refund using the tel.no.as posted on their website but it is unavailable. My only recourse is to make a referral to Trading Standards. If only I had taken the time to read the reviews of other customers before parting with my money !!!

Great selection. Delivery was a bit longer than expected, but acceptable.

Money collected - but no goods delivered. Expensive shipping costs for express delivery, but nothing happens after 3 weeks. Does not respond when asked by email whether the goods were even shipped. If nothing happens now, we will file a case via Paypal - stay away from such a "business".

When inquiring about delivery from Stencil Up, I was informed that they were having personal problems, fine, but I don't need to know that, I just wanted to know when my order was to be delivered, they are obviously having a bad day because the passive aggressive reply I received had a bit of attitude, and my order cancelled. Shame, because contrary to this person's view, I like to support small businesses.
What a vindictive reply Karen, which surprised me as you never seen to reply to negative feedback. If you are a small business or a large business, you should be aware of some kind of customer service. My request for information may have been direct, but your passive aggressive reply to me was unwarranted.

Stencils are very good and communication. The only downside is the delivery company, they delivered my order for 6 days on tracker before delivering it

Really rude response from a guy in regard to a custom stencil order I was enquiring about. Spoke to me like I was stupid and offered no specifics on the information I needed to give him. He spoke as if I’m supposed to know the ins and outs of his role and process.

Original date of money paid 9/4/23. I have asked PayPal to retrieve my money I'm sure the products are lovely if you get them........ This company have not given me any explanation to a query about my order of 148 euros when I asked approx 18th May 23 Apparently I came across as 'impolite' when I questioned the order. I suppose figured after nearly six weeks I was never going to get either my order or any information about my order from the seller. Now the 13th of June 2022 and still no order, no communication from seller. nor refund. New update on this on this thread, PayPal have resolved the issue and got my money. 20 June 2023 How I'm not sure but delighted. Have to say I am hugely baffled by this companies approach to the consumer experience, as still no apology or explanation. Oh well. I will buy some presents🎁 for some friends now. Might venture down the stecilling route again in the autumn or winter, anyway happy😊 days.

It’s now been 6 months since I placed an order with this company. The money was quickly drawn from my bank account. When I had not received anything after a while, I tried to contact them per email with no response. My friend managed to get through via their shop on Etsy. We contacted them several times and was each time told about some problem or other with the postal service.

Then they stopped answering completely. In spite of several attempts of reaching them we haven’t heard from them in approximately two months. I have now twice asked for a refund on both e-mail and through the Etsy messages, but still no one answers.

……but haven’t used yet!

Although the first order was held up in customs, they responded to my inquiry about the delay and re-shipped it to me. The stencils are great and I may use them again if I do not need the stencils quickly.
